Years ago, I bought my mom some overpriced, but stunning hand towels. She absolutely adored them. After she passed away in 2022, I had to have work done in the homes main bathroom. Because I needed go replace the sub floor & then the flooring, I decided to get the bathroom painted too. I had it painted to match the hand towels mom loved in a pretty lavender. Personally, I wouldn't paint anything in my home pink,lavender or any other vibrant color. But after having it done, I realized I needed bath mats in the beautiful lavender color. I've bought other lavender bath mats for mom, but needed some with a rubber backing. The others I bought also looked more gray or pink. I was ecstatic when I found these mats with the rubber backing in the same vibrant lavender. For some reason these traditional bath rugs are getting harder to find. Happy to have found these in pretty colors. I've tried the newfangled cotton, microfiber, memory foam, etc types of bath rugs that for whatever reason seem to be all the rage, but those always feel constantly soggy and look matted and grungy after just a few days. I just can't get on board with them. I want my bathroom to look fresh without having to do the laundry twice a week. These rugs work wonderfully. They're soft and plush. Rubber backing means they stay put on tile. They wick just the right amount of moisture and dry out quickly without getting crushed. The pile remains fluffy, helping them dry quicker and show less dirt. Don't call the housecleaning cops on me, but honestly these can go a couple months without laundering and still look fresh. Just vacuum with a wand attachment or shake/slap them out like grandma used to do. If you want them to last, you have to pamper them a little in the laundry, especially if you have an HE washer. Since I have a front load HE machine, I fold the rugs once (pile side out) and put into a large mesh laundering case. This helps keep the rubber from getting shredded by my machine. After washing, remove from the case, then tumble in the dryer for only a minute or two. DO NOT DRY THESE RUGS IN THE DRYER! You just want to fluff the fibers with a brief, cold-temp tumble. Remove from dryer and lay flat (pile side up) on towels or carpet to air dry. ... show more

    • Nice rugs, but color is lighter than in the photos
These rugs seem to be well made and are both plush and comfortable. So far they seem to be non-skid as well. I got the "linen" color and it's quite lighter than in the pictures, but overall work well in my bathroom. I just hope the color doesn't fade in the wash. Will update review if it does.

    • the rugs are fine, except after the first wash and dry the ends of the rug started curling up.

Probbly shouldn't have put the rugs in the dryer. Maybe let them air dry or put them on "Fluff". The color did fade, but that was kind of expected. The the curled edged is a nusense . I am going to but new ones, just don't know if it will be the same brand or not.

These mats are very thin. When u walk on the mat u can actually feel the ground with no cushion. So it is a nice set but thin. I particularly go for quality. I think when you buy cheap and spend money then it don’t last and u have to rebuy again. So I go for quality. I had some mats from bbb and omg they lasted for over 4 years no joke. So these to me are for maybe a young person now starting out on there own or an extra bathroom that don’t get used maybe. . So if u are expecting to walk on them and they be fluffy it won’t be these mats. When my mats arrived they were in a plastic bag, no box and the bag 1/2 ripped and a mat stolen out of it. I had to staple it back up and return it. I sure didn’t go find a box cuz it wasnt sent in a box ... show more
