I chose the Garland Rug Town Square Chili Pepper Red 4' x 6' to replace a worn rug in a spare room. While the rug came folded up in a box, the relatively lightweight rug shook out and laid flat with no issues. The appearance is nice and the texture feels great on bare feet. I am really quite pleasantly surprised. After purchasing this and then reading all of your reviews I was mortified waiting for this to arrive. I expected something that was paper thin and had all kinds of lines in it. Wrong, for a $65 8x10 rug the value is real. It doesn't feel thin, it's not unraveled, and although it came folded the lines are not terrible and I'm sure they will be out in a few days after it's laying down. So those of you who are inclined to pass on this because of the reviews, you sincerely ought to think twice. I'm very happy with it so far, but I just got it yesterday. ... show more

This costs very little compared to most rugs, so if you are realistic about that you're less likely to be disappointed. The first clue is that it arrives folded (not rolled) in a modest-sized package. It's thin and flimsy, more like a mat than a proper rug. After a week it's still showing the folds (see pic). The other thing you might find useful to know is that despite the foregoing I have ordered a second one of these. It works well in my dog's room, which is where she sleeps. I ordered one and it had snags in the carpet and it was unraveling. They sent me a replacement and where it's folded up the creases are so deep that the carpet is pulling away from the backing almost like it's dry rotted. I purchased 3 of these and both Navy ones are in terrible condition. The black one I ordered is fine.     • Look pretty cute but not very thick or good quality
First of all, let me say that I did not believe that the little rugs were what was in the package because the package was so small and it weighed so lightly.I didn't dream it could be 2 rugs. But It was them & they were just folded up in there. The color was a little lighter than I expected. But it's really pretty and actually The lighter color is more forgiving for showing up all the Dirt and Things that get on it. I have A condo with a galley kitchen and the linoleum floor gets really cold on my feet, which are generally always bare. LOL anyway The cold makes them hurt. So I just wanted some protection from the cold floor and also a little padding For when I'm standing at the sink doing dishes or chopping. So as cute as these little rugs, they do not keep my feet from getting cold and they are not thick enough to provide provide a padding while standing. Also, I'm not sure if they'll hold up in the washing machine. So I will probably try to just spot clean and sweep. So they last a little longer until I find something that works For all my needs. ... show more
