I love my fountain. I had a problem with the pump not working and notified the seller via Amazon customer service. They replied promptly and arranged for a new pump to be delivered. With customer service like that I would whole heartedly recommend this product and this manufacturer. I do have one caution. The reservoir needs to be refilled often especially living in TX in the summer. One very good design element is the pump shuts off when there isn't enough water rather than burning out. fountain is nice. lights don't shine very bright. if you put this outdoors the only way you will see the lights are from looking down on fountain. not so much from the front. other than that it is nice. had problem with seller but that could have been a one off.

The fountain PRICEY but it is nice looking. However, the way the LED light wiring is suspended the lights WILL fail. The wire is Glued to the inside of the H2O reservoir and once that fails the wire falls into the water and shorts out the transformer. Needs a stainless steel wire clip screwed to the side. The media could not be loaded. After coming home everyday from a 12 hour shift this fountain greets me with its lovely sounds. It’s wonderful to sit by and relax and unwind. The fountain is easy to set up. Less than 15 minutes.

We have absolutely loved sitting out on our deck and listening to the water from this fountain. The lights are a great addition to our yard and I hope it lasts for a few years.
