The Water Fountain is a nice purchase and the sound is loud enough for out side ambiance, Indoors one might want to add a tile or marble slab at an angle to prevent the water from directly dropping into the puddled water at the top two levels to quiet it enough for indoors situations. Minor splashing in the immediate area should be expected.. Over all it seems to be a really good purchase.

I absolutely love the look of this fountain day and night. Unfortunately I left my prior fountain on 24/7. It was what I planned for this fountain too. After making sure it was level there was still water loss due to the catch areas not high enough to prevent this. After many different attempts to cure this problem (like trying to hot glue a clear material to block the spray - it wouldn’t stick) I wound up using a black pool noodle cut to slip over the edges of the fountain catch areas (3). It detracts from its original beauty but I still get the wonderful sound and the lovely night view of the lit rainwater effect.

This a beautiful fountain and easy to assemble. The only problem is after a few days, two sides of the waterfall stopped working and you can't get inside to troubleshoot it because it's basically a sealed unit. I'm going to try a higher-volume pump to see if that works. Otherwise, I love the features.
