The media could not be loaded. I know this is a outdoor fountain but it works great as an indoor one too. It doesn't splatter like the other tall fountain we had gotta from another company. Which was leaving water everywhere and had to return. I put this one on low and it is perfect. The sound of the water isn't too loud but also not too light because I didn't want it to sound like an open faucet trickling. Lights are bright I got mines close to the wall and at night you can see the water movement reflecting on the wall my whole living room feels like an oasis. The whole setup was easy the motor is completely silent can't even hear it pumping which is great. I put it on for a few days to rinse off anything left from the factory you can see the water forming that's natural ill Will be changing the water today and add a fountain cleaner liquid to the water. Love everything about this fountain.

Even tho this fountain is very pretty, it goes through water like crazy. We had to give up adding gallons of distilled water because of that issue and add water at least twice a week with our hose. It's quiet for the most part, but sometimes makes weird noises. My husband loves it so much but it was expensive for the size.

MUCH cheaper than any other waterfall I have come across anywhere. The water flows perfectly and it’s fully adjustable. West the pump to 1/2 pressure and it doesn’t splash and water whatsoever outside of the waterfall. I built a indoor river garden and I couldn’t be happier with this waterfall.
