Ok so I have been looking for a specific tool to make clearing weeds out of the dirt edging I keep in front of my wooden flower beds for awhile. The edging is basically a 6” wide strip of dirt that separates my flower bed from the lawn so that my St Augustine does not grow under my wooden flower beds, and also so that I do not have to tear up my flower beds anymore with the gas trimmer. I had seen some tools that I thought would work, but they were wider than the edging I keep in front of the flower beds and I didn’t want a 9” wide strip. I had tried to shovel, hoe, weed eat it to keep it clear but it was a lot of effort. This thing is the perfect width, nice and sharp, and I just cleared 30ft of the edging in like 3 minutes. It’s probably longer than I need it to be, but you can just take a segment off to make it shorter. I also used the fork side to turn over a pile of clippings I’ve been letting mulch naturally. Hands down, this is great. It’s going to let me maintain that edge easily throughout the year and knock out any little weeds I see taking root. It’s not the thickest tubing, but it’s def not the thinnest tubing for a tool I’ve bought on Amazon. It sees sturdy enough for its intended use, just don’t use it as a lever or to dig up rocks maybe? But for weeding in non rocky soil, yeah I’m so happy I found this. Easy to use, multi-functional, and affordable. Highly recommend!

The claw or rake part is good. It does what I expected. The straight, sharp edge seems less effective. Perhaps I am using it correctly. The long handle seems to save my back, neck and knees. I would buy again.

Worked great when there is nothing to get stuck on. I tried to pull a weed out from the root, used the spikes and they got stuck in the ground. Well that was ok until I went to pull it out and everything bent. Basically don’t waste your time. It’s made with cheap metals. Update The seller was great, they actually returned my money and handled everything very nicely. Like I said the product worked great before it bent.
