I got this carrier because I have a 14-15lb cat. The last time I brought him to the vet I squeezed him into a small plastic carrier with a metal door and he frenzied so hard in there that he hurt his face on the metal door. So. I scoured countless reviews to find a fabric carrier that won’t shred easily because this guy has raptor claws. Anyway, took him to the vet in this and on the way there he was clawing and thrashing around per usual. But. He did not get hurt, and the carrier only got two small slashes in one of the ventilated parts. That’s a win in my book! The carrier is very easy to tote around too. As seen in the pic, the carrier is sturdy. My big boy is sitting on top of it as his sister is chillin inside and he didn’t crush her. That being said, it has enough heft to it so it doesn’t just fold in on them. They love hanging out in it at home too. I got a third cat recently and she found her way to it, plopped down, and fell fast asleep. It’s a keeper!

I purchase airline approved soft carriers frequently as I fly puppies and this one was a new purchase and I'm very impressed. The hole on the top for the puppy is very small but you can also use the front to put a pup in. That smaller hole on the top works well since I like to leave it open and they can enjoy the view during the drive. Since it's a smaller hole they're less inclined to try to climb out. Overall the quality of this carrier is nice, the material and zippers are very sturdy and it has some extra pockets. This is definitely a good carrier for one who travels with their own dog frequently

Got this for my cat as an upgrade from his previous hard plastic one. I love that there are a lot of features that you can adjust based on need. When I'm not travelling with him I tuck the front flap under the floor insert so he can come and go as he pleases...it his now one of his favorite nap spots (he would bolt out of the room if we even touched his previous carrier). The adjustable side flaps were really nice to have up during travel so he could see his surroundings but I keep them down at the vet. I wish the floor insert had a bit more padding but love the product regardless. Would purchase again.

I bought this product hoping my 13lbs cat would fit comfortably and be able to turn around in it. It is the perfect size for her. It opens on both sides which will help with vet visits as well. It is sturdy so when lifted it does not fold in and fully supports her weight. The bottom piece was very hard so I added a soft blanket over it for comfort. I ordered 2 for both of my cats (same size) and they both work great!

So my cats hate the vet, naturally, but I learned pretty quick they dont meow at the top of their lungs if I just put my three cats into one carrier after their first vet trip(they’re all from the same litter so they’re very bonded to each other) Now the issue came when I needed a big enough carrier. This one is perfect my cats breed is small so think of a 6 month old kitten, that’s how big all three of my cats are so this was great. They all fit, can still see out in the car, but I can cover it once we’re at the vet cause as soon as they see the parking lot the meow screaming starts back up and wouldn’t end till we got back to the car. Now there’s minimal meow yelling!

Care must be taken with the zippers when initially assembling this carrier. Because it's shipped flat the zippers tend to be flipped the wrong way. You should go all around both sides of the carrier to insure the zipper is flipped the right way so it can be easily zipped. Once you look at the product you should be able to see what I mean... Other than that, it's a very well designed, well built product with a bunch of features...

My cat is insane and likes to attack her carrier. Not in a 'I don't wanna get in it way', I mean she willingly gets in it because she likes to writhe around in there and attack the sides like a wild animal or something. Anyways, she's yet to do literally any damage to it in the months that we've had it. She also insists it stays out and unfolded all the time so she can sleep on top of it and go crazy inside it. So if your cat is also unhinged the way mine is this is an awesome choice!! Also a great size, easy to carry, seems more comfortable than a hard plastic carrier, and the mesh panels make her much less nervous during car rides than the dark enclosed space of our old plastic carrier.

I absolutely love this carrier. The side flaps go up. So the cat can see what's going on around them. And if their nervous, you can put flaps down so they feel safe. Price was reasonable.
