I received this rug on March 25th, and within less than a month it has already started coming apart. The quality is clearly not what I expected. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of support — I’ve contacted the seller through Amazon and the email listed on their website and have received no response at all. Their site claims a 15-month warranty, yet getting any help has been impossible. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I would not recommend this rug. ... show more
