Carport is good quality for the price. Easy to put together with 2 people. We found the actual size to be 20"6'x11"6'.

    • Forming wrong
The formed roof sections were not consistent across all the panels. Some were outright not right. Going to have to replace some of the panels at some point if I want no leaks.

    • Missing screws
Missing a large bag of screws to complete the roof. Contacted Amazon Support whose ad says to contact them regarding any missing parts or if you need help assembling this carport. Amazon directed me instead to Gaomon. Gaomon informed me that they do not make or sell carports, they do light boxes, etc. They said I would need to contact Gaomon Innovations. So, back to Amazon Support. Their note on the carport ad says they (Amazon) will handle any missing parts or replacements needed. Reached back out to Amazon for the missing screws. So far, nothing. Come on, Amazon. Live up to your statements in your ad. Send the missing screws so I can finish this project. ... show more

    • Missing Parts and Instructions
We got the carport and 1 box was missing. Reported it to Amazon and they couldn't send one box, had to be all 7. They said to return first group to them. We did as asked then got a "nastygram" saying we returned the boxes in bad condition. We received them torn so I can only imagine what happened on the way back but when you use cardboard and clear tape to bundle i0 lbs, what can I say. Started to assemble and no instructions, no screws. Talk to support then said contact Gaomon, Gaomon took our info and never heard from again. What a hassle... ... show more
