This is an awesome jumping box for the price. It is sturdy and support people who weigh more than 250 lbs. It is built tough and the welds and connections are strong. It is also easy to assemble and has a small footprint that tucks away into a corner. Overall, I recommend this product.

I have a 16-inch bench for step exercises. I need a 12-inch for "bench goblet squats" with my kettlebells in which I pause at the bottom resting my glutes on the bench. This is sturdy and suits my purposes; however, the directions, telling you to put the steel slates "A" and slats "B" in the "designated" areas have no labels on the bench to know where "A" and "B" go, so I had to guess. I'm not sure the lines are as straight as I'd like. They're more askew and I wonder if I forced the wrong slats in the corners because I did have to manhandle the slats when I screwed them in with the supplied philips screwdriver.     • Don't waste your time. This product cannot be assembled.
Screw holes did not align on the first box I received and attempted to assemble. I allowed Amazon to send the product a second time, instead of just getting a refund, because this product was rated highly and maybe the first one I received was an anomaly. It was not. The second product I received also could not be assembled for the same reason. By the time I'm done returning the second one I'll have spent at least 2 hours attempting to assemble and the returning this product. If only there was a way to be compensated for this time. Be suspicious of the positive reviews. Don't waste your time like I did. ... show more

I love this step. I use it to help me get in and out of my fire engine because im short. I needed something sturdy and well, this works great! We also move it around to use for working out so it's sturdy, but not heavy.
