If all you're looking for is a gaming/voice call microphone, the RGB is a nice touch and the sound quality is decent, also great that it comes with a pop filter. I'd recommend this if that's all you're using it for. The gain knob makes little difference, and the only other feature on the mic itself is a mute button. There is no jack to connect headphones straight to the mic, which was a downside for me. Also lacks a volume button. I would not recommend this for recording podcasts or any kind of music or vocals as there's less room for altering the sound quality. I use the microphone for my podcast, and it works great. Sound quality is impressive, the RGB lights work good, would’ve been better if you can change the RGB light settings but it’s still nice. The wired mesh that comes with the mic isn’t detachable but it helps to get a more clear audio recording. This was not my first fifine microphone, the first one was defective so i emailed support. I heard a response within 2 hours and they tried helping me diagnose my problem. Turns out I had a defective microphone. No worries though as fifine gave me a full refund. New mic is muah.

First: this is not a paid review or whatever, no one is making me review this. Idk anyways: This mic is the ONE you want to get. No need to overlay for a yeti snowball elgato mic, whatever top brand you can think of, you are overpaying. This mic is so simple. The top you tap and it mutes/unmutes. It has a volume knob on the bottom that adjusts mic sensitivity so you don’t have to mess around with your OBS settings. The QUALITY is crystal clear!! You can attach it to a mic holder, or you can leave it as is standing on the desk. My only complaint would be the usb cord I wish was a little bit longer! Other than that, I recommend this for anyone.
