I purchased this kit for the Boom and microphone mounting ring. Got a great deal on Prime day. Awesome value. The stand and mount are awesome. The microphone itself is plug and play and looks great. I've used the microphone briefly, it does test with a good, clean sound quality I have also seen many positive reviews and videos of this microphone. I will certainly use this microphone as a backup.

The mic securely mounted to my desk without any issues (the only issue with the mount clamp is that the metal bracket doesn't have patting but you could just use a piece of cardboard or something) The quality sounds really good for being a budget microphone and the cord is long and has both USB-a and USB-c options for connecting to your device

I want to start off by saying that I’m replacing this microphone with the Fifine K688 so I can use my Fifine Audio Mixer as originally intended for this setup. This microphone is a great starter option. It comes with a USB-C to USB-A male converter for easy connection to your PC. However, this microphone is not compatible with any Fifine audio mixers. While this might not be an issue for most people, it’s something to consider. If you’re looking for a microphone for streaming or gaming with friends, I would definitely recommend this one. But if you’re after something a little more advanced, it might be worth spending an extra $20–30 on the K688. Now let’s talk about what comes in the box. The microphone includes a desk boom arm with a firm C-clamp. When properly set up and tightened, the arm works perfectly to support the weight of the microphone. It also comes with a windscreen cap and a pop filter. I did have some issues with the pop filter not staying in place, so I opted to use the windscreen cap instead during my short time with this mic. Of course, the microphone itself exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is clear and crisp, and it’s incredibly easy to use with plug-and-play functionality. Other included items are a 2.5m USB cable, a shock mount, and all necessary parts for setup. There’s also a user guide for simple installation and troubleshooting. Overall, this is a solid product, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a beginner microphone. I’ve never had any issues with Fifine’s support team and have purchased my entire audio setup from them. I’ll probably continue to buy from them in the future.

Just to start, I ordered the microphone and stand almost a year ago, and I was quite pleased with the product. The mic was great quality out of the box, and with some tweaking using 3rd party software, it sounded as good as I would’ve hoped it did. Best microphone I’ve had, and for the price, it was more than well worth it for me. It works well, it sounds clear, and was relatively easy to set up. If all you need to hear is that it works well and good, then you can stop reading. However, after about a year from constantly using the stand (and with some troublemaking kitties) I ended up losing some screws for the stand and it no longer held up well. I ended up contacting customer support asking for replacement screws, and while they weren’t able to provide me with the screws I needed since they did not have them in their warehouse, they instead opted to send me an entirely new stand (without the mic of course) instead. This took me by surprise, as I had ordered this almost a year ago, and was expecting to just be told nothing could be done. Sure enough, they sent in a new one, and now I’m back to using my microphone again just like the day I first got it. Overall, my experience with this product has been good and I have no idea why I didn’t write a review sooner. The customer service and support after the fact is great too, and I was more than satisfied with what I have experienced. If you’re still reading this, just stop and buy it already! You’ll have no regrets.

The stand is really janky compared to what I expected. It does not hold on to edges well and due to the microphones' weight it often gets pulled off by gravity and falls. This is despite firmly tightening the stand bottom. The microphone sound quality also is not as clear as I had hoped and sounds kind of muffled in recordings. Overall, you get what you paid for, which in this case was not much.
