Very good product except lights cant be turned completely off and blue tooth doesnt work (I tried everything, just buying an external Bluetooth for 15 bucks). Very happy with the performance and graphics.

I am blown away by this gaming PC. I was looking for a prebuilt machine that offered great performance without a crazy price tag, and this one absolutely delivers. Right out of the box, it's a beautiful machine. The white fish tank style case looks amazing, and the RGB fans add a really cool aesthetic. It was well packaged, and setup was a breeze basically just plug and play. When it comes to performance, this PC handles everything I've thrown at it. It runs cool and quiet, even during long gaming sessions. For anyone looking to get into PC gaming or upgrade from an older machine, this is an incredible value. You get a powerful, great looking computer that's ready to go right away. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

So some information about this computer that I’m seeing reviews on is about the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi chip is perfectly fine as long as you have the antenna plugged in and you have good Wi-Fi yourself. For example, the Wi-Fi we have is strong enough for gaming Wi-Fi because we have three major gaming consoles that we use so if you don’t have good Wi-Fi then of course you’re gonna have Wi-Fi connection issues. Another thing I saw was graphics even though yes this does come with its own graphics set up technically because it is a basic computer if you’re trying to use this for gaming such as websites like second life we’re having really good frames per second on something like Fortnite, you’re going to have to install a graphics card so in total you could be spending anywhere between $700-$1000 after upgrading the computer if you want to go that detailed in the graphics card. But if you’re just using it for a simple website like YouTube every day use light gaming then this computer is perfectly fine But if you’re planning on using it for a heavy graphics, heavy memory or anything like that, I would advise getting an external memory, a graphics card and making sure you have extremely good Wi-Fi packages that can handle multiple devices or devices that will be using a lot of the streaming for the Wi-Fi. Another tip. If you have more than one monitor that you plan on using with this, you’re definitely going to need an HDMI splitter that allows you to extend your screens. You do not want to get a HDMI two and one that only duplicates which was my mistake if you do upgrade and get a graphics card, you will have to go into the BiOS and make sure that you can check allow or enable for extending multiple HDMIif you wanna plug-in more than one HDMI this computer does allow it. You just would have to get a DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter

Thinking new PC wouldn't have any errors at start up I threw away box . At first PC working find than a day or two computer freezes with out me using any program and can’t delete alt ctrl to get task Management or any other key function will work but to press the off button to resets after that the same thing happens I also try reset windows and same thing happen. I also try down grade to windows 10 and same thing again. On top of that the window USB drive didn’t come with it to reset it

The build quality was pretty good, Pretty easy to just pull out of the box and go. Lets get into the nitty gritty. Micro-ATX board so if expanding can be a pain in the future if you plan on upgrading/expanding (I already added a 2TB Sata SSD and it was quite the pain with where the GPU support bracket is). The mother board appears to be something along the lines of the Prime A620M I was using the h610's manual (intel CPU motherboard) to locate the Sata ports. The LED's are NOT controllable via an app BUT you can use a button on the top of the case (its a reset button next to the power button) to alternate their settings. They function extremely well and have a lot of options to choose from so I am not disappointed there. overall the noise level and performance are extremely good compared to the older PC set up we had, the value is 10/10 for the money in my opinion but would absolutely budget out for a 4+ TB Sata SSD since 1TB equals about 3 games these days. Extremely happy and will edit later if any heat issues or broken parts come up. Also both left and right side panels remove, the cable management is cramped back there but they do have some sata power cords in there just need to separate the bundles from the zip ties.
