I bought this specifically for my girlfriend who needed a portable machine that could handle Sims 4. It can handle the game perfectly and has a lot of extra space for DLC/Updates with its 512GB storage. It met and exceeds what I expected from the laptop at a pretty affordable price - I know she loves it and is happy with my purchase. Aside from the gaming aspect, the overall design of the laptop is sleek as many have mentioned. It’s about as thin as my MacBook and is quite sturdy… can’t say the same about my MacBook Pro. Also, the visuals are clear and crisp as expected from an IPS 1080. Loading times and browsing are fairly quick so if you’re not using this for gaming specifically, it bodes well as just a task laptop as well. Having USB-C and USB 3.2 is also convenient as I don’t have to worry about wasting money buying dongles - having the ease of using what ever flash drive or port I need. I noticed another user mentioned the plausibility to add on upgrades which is a bonus feature - I myself haven’t dabbled with such but it’s good to know in case I have to add RAM or storage. I got this for work, gaming, art, watching things and stuff of that sort and this is my overall review. - The laptop quality is nice and appealing to look at. - It can be bit difficult to set up in the beginning like where it's supposed to pop up a space to make a password and you have to click some buttons and stuff for it to show it which you can find tutorials of it on Google and YouTube of how to fix it and from there it's smooth landing. - It is not a heavy laptop and it is easy to travel with. - The battery life can be iffy. At first it used to last a long time but over the time I've bought it I've noticed it dies in like 2-3hrs even at half brightness. - I do not like the charger this laptop comes with. It acts like it has a short in the cord and I'm hoping to find a better charger for it because it's like having a phone charger that only charges your phone if it's in a certain position and the charger looks cheap and wonky tbh. - The screen size is very nice. - The sound quality is good. - The camera quality is no where near good as a iPhone or LG G8 flat phome camera so if you want to stream I do suggest buying a new higher quality camera and possibly better microphone for it. - This is a Microsoft laptop in other words this runs Xbox and things like that so if you don't have an account you will need to make one for the Microsoft. - It is good for gaming it doesn't do much in terms of lagging. - It has a lot of storage space. I mean I have Sims and other games and it barely takes up 1/6th of the space of storage space. -It has a tab on the thing and QR code so you can contact customer support on WhatsApp. ... show more

I ordered this product for my high school aged son to use for school assignments and it quit working within the first month. The drive was bad and had to be replaced at a cost of almost $200. Now the sound and microphone don't work. Do not buy this product!

The media could not be loaded. This laptop meets my needs for work as well as play. It is not very heavy and could fit into my backpack to carry easily. It is sleek and well designed with a metal casing, looks really cool. It is easy to set up and runs well with a powerful processor, so I can handle all kinds of large software and games very fast without lagging. Also, the 16.1-inch display works very well, much bigger than my previous one, with a high color gamut and high refresh rate so that whether I'm watching a movie or playing a game, the screen is smooth and image details are rendered clearly. Moreover, its expandable storage space also makes me very satisfied, I can store a lot of videos or music, no longer worry about the lack of space. The minor downside is the missing finger print sensor and the HD capacity is smaller than I expected. Overall, it is still worth the price and I just hope it could be durable. ... show more

    • Not a “gaming” laptop!

So I bought this laptop for gaming purposes only. I also bought a couple of the newer games and the laptop can’t run them correctly. I adjusted settings in the games and on the laptop itself to try and compensate, I set the lowest graphics settings and lowest performance settings, lowest everything. The game Horizon Forbidden West was looking like a flip book slideshow. I wound up on the website for Radeon(the graphics card) and I searched for a way to upgrade it…oddly enough I could not even find the Vegas 8 card that’s in the description here. I looked up the other specs and couldn’t find much information on the processors or anything else either so I’m believing that this company (Kaigerr) that makes these laptops is scamming people. I would NOT recommend buying this if you’re looking to play games, take the money and put it towards an Alienware like I should’ve done, but I’m stuck with this. However, if you’re looking to play older games from the early 2000’s, those will work just fine. Also can be used for internet surfing or other BASIC functions.
