When I got my new laptop, the sound didn’t work at first. It took me about an hour to figure out that under the sound settings, there were two different speaker options to choose from, I’m not sure why. Once I clicked on the other option, the sound started working, but the quality isn’t very good. The keyboard is also a bit erratic. Sometimes when I’m typing, the cursor jumps to another sentence without me noticing, and I end up typing in the wrong place. It also took so long to update the Microsoft updates! When I opened the box, I was completely blown away. This laptop has a gorgeous screen and excellent sound quality. The keyboard includes a numeric keypad, which is quite rare on laptops. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to buy a laptop for basic use or for their child's schoolwork.
