  • Totally worth its price, high quality, hall effect sticks, turbo and more!
Color: Retro Grey
When you look at this controller, you know exactly what it was designed for. That color scheme can only mean Retro Gaming... And it performs perfectly at that. It is plug and play, no drivers, no nothing. I've been using it on Linux and it works like any genuine controller, so it means it also works as intended on SteamDeck and Windows. Something funny that no one seems to mentions is that the DS4 mode (dualshock 4) works with the PS remote app, so you can easily pair the thing with a PS4/PS5 and it will work, and it is just better than any official PS controller because it can't drift. The Turbo buttons! that's a life saver for games where you have to smash a button but physically can't (or don't want to). The back buttons are great too, i've never felt like using them but i know some people love them. The vibration is strong and good like old controllers used to feel. The only thing that i don't like are the triggers, the range is too short, but you will get used to it. ... show more

  • AMAZING!!!
Color: White
This works like a charm. You don't have to do anything. Not platform or any set up. Aesthetically pleasing for its price. I may even buy another one to stock.

  • Very good DS4 design
Color: White
One of the best controllers I’ve ever used pls make a wireless pro model. The zero deadzone mode felt nice and it was aiming well in competitive shooters with some tweaking. The design is based off of the DualShock 4 one of the best controllers ever made and I love how easy to reach everything is. Buttons feel nice, the Dpad is very good, the sticks are on the loose side but I like that and, the triggers feel a little simplistic and required some tweaking in the app to work perfectly. Overall I love this gamepad and main’d it over my dualsense because Sonys 1st party controller still gets stuck drift and this doesn’t. ... show more

  • Fantastic controller, especially for fans of the PlayStation 4 "Dual shock 4" design
Color: White
The controller is excellent! Very high quality, back buttons, a super responsive d-pad, and even a little RGB menu button you can customize. I'm very satisfied with it especially for the outrageously low price considering the quality. That's really all I have to say about it. Well, there is this. Unfortunately, there seems to be an *extremely* rare software glitch that affected my unit, and after contacting and sharing some proof/information with their support center, they sent me a brand new replacement, which was very, very kind of them. Thanks so much for being awesome! ... show more

  • Works great for PS2 emulation.
Color: Retro Grey
Got it to use with PCSX2 (Playstation 2 emulator). Works great, was plug and play with no driver downloads needed. Most buttons also mapped correctly by default. My only complaint is that the capture button doesn't really reprogram well. I will not deduct a star for this as it is more a Microsoft problem than anything. My laptop and my desktop keep opening the game center and try to share screen caps when I press it no matter what settings I set. I'm used to it being the select button like on the PS2 controller. I simply remapped select to one of the other top buttons on the controller. It has more buttons than the original PS2 controller but that's a nice feature as it makes it more versatile and you don't have to map those to do anything. It also turns itself off/goes to sleep after some inactivity but moving either stick or pressing a button wakes it right up. ... show more

  • It's definitely a $20 controller
Color: White
My first GameSir product! --- PACKAGING First of all, this controller has some TERRIBLE packaging. It can so easily get destroyed in shipping. The box it comes it has no real protection. It also came a little squished. I was very underwhelmed by the packaging compared to other brands like 8BitDo, Crkd, or PowerA, which all pleasantly surprised me. Especially 8BitDo --- ERGONOMICS The T3 lite is comfier than I expected for a symmetrical controller. I still have the issue of thumb joint strain from holding the left stick forward sideways, but it's at least more tolerable than any dualshock, which cramps my thumb joint real bad I do find myself often switching to my right thumb when holding the left stick forward. I also often end up putting my left thumb under the stick to hold it forward, too. I grew up around PC, Xbox, and Nintendo. My left thumb doesn't stretch back like that. It rests on the left stick sort of sideways. And the stick placement also infringes on my thumb's own range of motion, which is easier to move when it's NOT stretched back. But this is all I can physically adjust to. If my right thumb can do it, surely my left can Regarding button placement due to symmetrical layout; It's worse by far than an asymmetrical controller. I ALWAYS use my right thumb for DPAD or reaching up to press select, but I can't do that on this controller. Which was why I initially hesitated on getting it. I have overall less control. Games that require my DPAD, such as Boltgun to switch weapons, requires me to let go of my left stick (which I CANNOT afford to do!), or reach my right hand over the whole controller and try to find the DPAD. There's also the awkward nature of the asymmetrical Stick and Face Buttons layout, which I thought would be really weird, but it's not THAT bad. It's definitely weird pushing the left stick left and right due to the position of the stick What I will glaze is the ergonomics of the controller itself. I use my index and middle fingers on the shoulder buttons. This controller feels like it supports that grip better than the basic 2-finger normie grip of Thumb and Index only. It kinda forces me to use my own natural grip. If I hold it like a normie, part of my hand no longer fits on the handle. This controller could potenitally rival the comfort of the Switch Pro Controller, might even be better ergonomics than it. Back on my old PowerA Xbox controller, the triggers felt like they jutted outward too far to be comfortable with using middle fingers on --- APPEARANCE The orange buttons in the center completely ruins the appearance of the controller by opinionating it. They should've been grey. Orange is such a random color choice and in very poor taste. Now using the LED at any color besides orange or white looks weird The LED on the M button is a bit too bright at lowest setting --- BUTTONS The triggers are probably the weakest point on this controller. The controller itself rests on top of the triggers, so don't put any weight on the controller if it's sitting on a flat surface. The triggers also have this weird input, but I don't know if it's a digital or physical issue, because it's the same with my Steam Deck OLED. The range of motion within the triggers is good, and activating the input requires a little pull. Once you pull the trigger back, it registers the input. However, when you slightly let go of the trigger, it no longer registers the input, even though I'm way past the actuation point. So that's kind of annoying. Disabling analog and removing deadzones in Steam doesn't help.. I couldn't fix that with my Steam Deck OLED, either The Start and Select buttons feel great to press! The A B X Y are flat and I like it, compared to the Xbox, where the rounded buttons occasionally felt like they dug into my thumb meat The "Capture" and "Home" buttons are terrible. Squishy, rubbery, feels like they wouldn't work, but they do without fail. I hate the way they feel. And look The back buttons are good. Not easy to accidentally press. Comfy enough to click in with my ring fingers The shoulder buttons are great! Much better than anythign Xbox has made. The LB and RB are as reliable (probably) as the Switch Pro Controller's, which that controller has never failed me to this day after 8 years. Not even an ounce of stick drift after 10s of thousands of clicks The sticks themselves are pretty good. I was able to completely remove my deadzones in Steam itself and in some games that allow it. Absolutely no drift. It was very satisfying to do The DPAD isn't anything special. I do think it's better than most. But honestly, if it doesn't match the quality of a 2DSXL DPAD, it's not good. Nothing will ever beat the perfection of the 2DSXL DPAD. Smooth, clicky, and impossible to register accidental inputs. It's the only DPAD you can use in a paltformer or fighter. It's the only DPAD you can slide your thumb around on without getting gripped by some texture. It's the ONLY DPAD out there where you can slide your thumb left and right and NEVER EVER accidentally register an UP or DOWN input! IDK why people don't replicate that.. DPADs literally don't get better than THAT --- FEATURES I prefer controllers that're wired and have no batteries in them. But I also prefer them to have a USB C cable, and even more so if it has a tunnel-locking mechanism to prevent the ports from bending. My PowerA had that, and it was great! Tugging on it didn't disconnect it. There was no way it could bend. I wouldn't mind that on the next $20 GameSir controller I am also going to miss my trigger locks. I used those often. Most games don't need analog input, and using a quick tap is much faster and easier in any game than using full analog. It's a shame. I would've loved trigger locks in this one, too. Maybe T4 Lite Also like my previous PowerA controller, I'd love if the T3 Lite had a braided cable. It is far more durable than what the T3 lite came with, which is just basic rubber The polling rate seems to be good. I haven't been able to test it myself, but it did feel much snappier than all my other controllers. I've seen reviews and others input tests. They vary between 2ms and 5ms. But I've also seen some on YouTube actually reach 1ms. So I'm getting mixed information here. I wish I could verify my own controller. I'm sure erryone's con is different here unfortunately. I'd like a more guaranteed 1ms input which perfect consistency The stick textures are VERY grippy, too. They're amazing. On my Xbox, Nintendo, and Steam Deck, there are 90 degree angles inside the sticks that collect finger chease and are hard to clean out. I can't see the T3 lite ever doing that. HOWEVER, I can see the T3 lite grips rubbing smooth tho. Maybe. It has potential to over time The textures on the grip are also very nice. Nothing that stands out. Just perfectly tuned The controller itself is very light and sort of has a cheap feel to it. My brain senses cheap, hollow plastic, while also sensing a reasonable weight that feels like quality. It's like it feels cheap and premium simultaneously for me --- TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES When I got the controller, it worked immediately. When I updated firmware, I had issues binding inputs to the back buttons. The reason for this was because it shows my triggers pulled down 4%, even though I wasn't touching them If you have this issue, just recalibrate the controller. You hold HOME, SELECT, and START to recalibrate your triggers and sticks ... show more
