I have been shopping around looking for the best low loft bed. I am delighted I stumbled across this one. The pack arrived safely and undamaged. All contents were packaged well. The directions were easy to follow. It took about 2 hours to assemble but we had our grandson helping us the bed itself it extremely sturdy. The drawers even being cloth can hold lots of toys. The only downside was the window curtain. The Velcro was sewn on the wrong end making the window upside down. This product is poor quality, I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours fighting with the screws because the threads are so poor that they don’t like to get started, I’m about 3/4 thru putting this together and the anchors for the screws have pulled through the thin particle board and now this piece is unusable. And I was using the little Allen key that was included so no, I didn’t over tighten them. I’m very disappointed that this has happened because the only way I can get it taken care of would to be disassemble entirely and try to get it back into the box that was already damaged when it got here so I can return it.
