EDIT 9/7/2020: I don't know what happened to this company but it's completely gone down hill. I've been in a fight to return the defective screen for almost 3 weeks now. The return address provided was apparently incorrect and returned back to me. Amazon confirmed that isn't the address they have on hand, but because this isn't sold from Amazon, I have to talk to them. The customer service people didn't even read my email and sent me a canned response. And it's a shame, too. Because I bought a ton of these products and recommended them to clients, but this company has done an awful job so far of keeping me as a customer. I'm incredibly close to cancelling the payment on my card for this purchase because I refuse to pay $70 for an item I couldn't use. If you're going to buy this, pray you don't get a defective protector. Honestly, I think this concept is great. The problem is the install process. I bought the same one for my Note10+, and it took a bearing for a year. Now I got the Note20 Ultra, and the issues are as followed: - One if my protectors was warped and didn't lay flat. - On the second screen install, the LOCA glue didn't adhear. I kept it under the light for 20 minutes. I even used another light from my note 10 install. Yea, no dice. At this point, I already spent both my LOCA bottles, so I was screwed. But the big problem I have, other than having to wait almost 2 and a half weeks for my replacement, is the fact I had to pay almost $70 for equipment I already had. The way you purchase this thing is stupid. Every year, I need to buy a whole new UV light that I use once??? Also, why not offer more LOCA adhesive? I would have just ordered more of those if it was an option. You guys need to offer a starter pack, and then a pack where it's just the guide, UV light, and adhesive. Or hell, even just the adhesive. You guys offer a solid product, it's just kinda a joke that I can't buy more adhesive. ... show more

I can't begin to say how UNBELIEVABLY upset I am. I ordered this product, started the process of installing the screen protector only only to find out the uv light they included was BROKEN. Now I'm stuck with a phone that has adhesive all over it and no way to cure it. I'm going to start by demanding a refund of this product and God forbid they ruin my brand new phone or they'll be paying for that too. Edit 9/12/20: went through the process of ordering a second uv light from Amazon so I could try to rescue some of this cost and the installation failed again. The adhesive completely missed a spot on the screen and it also left a bunch of micro bubbles throughout. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! Contacted whitestone to replace the uv light and they told me to f off basically; I bought it through Amazon so deal with them. I will never buy a screen protector from this company again. ... show more

    • SAVE YOUR FINGERPRINTS FIRST!!!!
Let me start by saying I love these screen protectors. I wouldn't buy any other. The problem is, they will not allow you to save your fingerprint for biometric unlock. I got my phone yesterday and saved 2 fingerprints that worked great. After I installed the screen protector, fp unlock became a bit spotty, so I deleted the 2 I had saved with the intention of re-doing them with the screen protector on to increase the accuracy. The phone WILL NOT allow me to save any now. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I've tried (and it has been SEVERAL, spending hours trying) it says either "press a little harder" or "make sure your finger covers the entire sensor". I've pressed so hard that the entire phone was flexing (a glass phone!) using my other thumb on top of the one I was scanning to press as hard as i was willing to--I would DEFINITELY break the phone if I pressed harder--and it still says the same two things. There's no way my thumb isn't covering that little sensor. I certainly can't see any of the graphic sticking out anywhere, and I've repositioned my thumb almost everywhere on the entire screen (again, I had zero problems before installing the protector), and it just keeps telling me the same thing. So, despite Whitestone claiming that the screen protector works with the under-screen scanner, the ONLY way to get your fingerprints saved is without the protector installed. So now, after my FLAWLESS install that looks and feels beautiful, my only option is to remove the screen protector (wasting $30-40, depending on how you look at it) so that i can save my fingerprints before installing again and risking imperfection while not having a back-up. I am SO disappointed/frustrated/angry. This information should be all over the outside of the box so that people do not install the screen protector before saving their prints, since that's always the FIRST THING MOST PEOPLE DO TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE SCREEN. And yes, i have the increased touch sensitivity toggle ON in settings. I really just miss the rear fingerprint scanner from my old Note 8 now. It's way easier than on the screen anyway, regardless of this stupid situation. ... show more

For anyone crying about the blue light filter needs to look at all the past models because they all have the blue light filter on the glass. Also these are not just any screen protector and a 1/4 the price of a screen replacement. ($240 on note 20 ultra) If you want a top of the line screen protector this is it. Customer service has always been top notch I've had them send replacements no problem. Plus you get 2 so if one breaks you have another it's not just one for $60 ... show more
