Its actually decent sized for a mini fride. maybe even twice the size of some of the smaller ones. The style is kind of a bonus, I didnt set out for this look but I like it anyway. You can tell the is a quality product. I almost never hear is running and if I do its never loud. The tiny freezer box up top could hold 3 frozen breakfast bowls which is decent size for one of those. the fridge seals well and gets just as cold as a full size fridge. Which is important because some mini fridges/beverage coolers are designed cheaply and dont get nearly as cold as a normal fridge. all this and yet its still pretty light. A beautifully made sturdy small fridge. Arrived safely packaged and started right up, Outside is just an eye popper with solid paint and chrome. Handles easily attached and are solidly on, unlike on several new full size fridges I've had. Took a few minutes to figure out how to insert the evaporator tray which was loose- it slides in at the top of the compressor section on the back- I guess I may have to empty or clean it periodically. The finish and thickness of the outside make me confident this guy is not going to rust out- like those large fridges did on the outside. The inside is so well designed, with very useful and flexible sturdy door shelves that easily snap in and out for spacing or cleaning. My wine bottle fit right in! The interior shelf area is also flexible, and spacious enough to keep a variety of items. Shelves are glass. As noted in other reviews, the veg drawer is small, but there's room for my 3 tomatoes with plenty left over(yes chilling tomatoes is a family preference). The freezer holds a nice amount too, 2 half gallon ice creams would fit with room for more, again with a nice door shelf. Having a separate freezer compartment is a plus to keep freezing steady. The fridge fully cooled -empty- in 2 hours. The freezer is not frost-free. I think this is consistent for the little fridges. Once I turned down the setting and put food in, the frost diminished. I may have just frozen the humid air in it originally- it was a humid day. I think I can just take a dish towel to it as a maintenance, or as suggested I could turn off the fridge for a while and wipe. We used to have to defrost fridges in the olden days! This little one only has a single temp control though, so I would have to be careful not to let the fridge section get too warm while I'm defrosting. I used to put a bowl of hot water in the freezer to quicken the process- and never use knives or hammers to clear frost! You only pierce the freon once to learn that lesson!. otherwise just a delightful addition to my den. I put it up on a sturdy little table so I can reach everything easily and then I get storage underneath. Sooo happy with this purchase!! ... show more

I got the Green 2.5 cu ft Mini fridge..."Used/Like New" and it arrived with no damage....and is actually larger and much more spacious inside than I was expecting! I'd just moved and couldn't afford a full sized fridge and loved the retro style of this one, so I bought it thinking it'd be good to tide me over till I could buy a regular refrigerator. But it's so cute and is serving my needs just fine....that I'm not in a hurry to replace it with a larger one. I love!!!! the retro style and the color ...such a happy turquoise green...am very pleased with the purchase...and I got it for such a great price! I'm very pleased with this purchase! ... show more

I absolutely love this unit. The color, and retro design is perfect for me. It arrived in a timely manner with no damage. Only issue is I cannot get the temperature correct. Freezer with immediate ice build-up doesn't hold ice cream frozen (too soft), and yet at the same setting, líquids in the lower portion fridge are freezing. ... show more

Okay let's start with the bad side. The other reviewers here are correct that this particular item is received in horrible condition. The box has gashes in it and is ripped, torn up and barely hanging on. And just for kicks mine didn't even have any cardboard on the bottom half of the refrigerator. It was as if someone took a knife and just cut off the bottom of the box. That damaged the small little feet on the bottom of the refrigerator that holds it up off of the ground. Because there was no box covering the bottom of the fridge. But the feet still functioned and I decided to keep it rather than risk another delivery disaster with the shipping. Once completely unboxed, I was very very lucky that there were no scratches or damage to the exterior of the refrigerator due to about an inch thick piece of foam that surrounded the fridge. So the gashes in the cardboard didn't penetrate all the way through on mine. Now the good part, this is a very powerful little refrigerator. You know how when you go to a hotel the first thing you do is turn the temperature to maximum on their little refrigerators and they still don't cool off your items? Well I have had this refrigerator and of course I figured the same situation would be necessary, but I was wrong. I have continued to back the temperature down over the past couple months because it keeps freezing bottles of water and such even when the refrigerator is full of them. The freezer works great as I have had plenty of Frozen items stored in it. Another great feature is that this refrigerator is very quiet. Great refrigerator and well design. However, my must have been a floor model. The bottom of the cardboard box was cut out and held together with shipping plastic cord. For that, I should get a discount on the frig.
