I guess I’m not as “meaty“ as I once was through my knee and shin area and yoga was starting to cause discomfort and some hyper pigmentation on my skin in those areas. This has solved the problem, it’s wonderfully cushioning!

Gaiam yoga knee pads. I purchased these because I have knee issues & appreciate the extra layer under my knees, even though I use a yoga mat & carpeting @ home. I don't find that they slide, as other reviewers have expressed. Maybe that happens on wood or tile floors. I got the purple set. So I got these specifically for planks, I have all hardwood floor so it's killer on anything that uses the floor. These work perfect! They work good for your knees too and it's firm so you don't just squish into the floor. I'm kind of iffy about the size I wish they were bigger but at the same time they're the perfect size 😅 ... show more

These were not as soft as I thought they would be, but tried them and my knees were protected. They alleviated the pain I usually experience. Worth the price.
