The knee pads are useful for more than just exercise. Anytime you need to retrieve or repair something on or near the floor, these pads can be placed wherever you need them. Very thick and comfortable. Does not slip. Great looking. They are similar to gel floor mats in the kitchen but smaller.

These are great! I am recovering from a bad car accident but trying to move my body as much as I can. I use these for my knees of course, but also sometimes use them for other adjustments as well.
