Worked well! They saved my knees!! Slides well on carpet, and linoleum. Wish they were a bit thicker. The size worked well for me. I like the shape of the pad on my knee. I do think a thicker pad would be beneficial. The pad itself supported me fine. It’s definitely firm, more cushioning would help boney knees like mine. All in all it’s nice to have these pads so my knees aren’t being beaten up by the floor!

These are great for the planks that I have to do for my physical therapy. They do take the stress off of my elbows and wrists. The other reviews were right that the bottoms are slippery. I've been putting duck tape on the bottom/putting it on and taking it off to make more friction which has helped me.
