***Edit*** I am updating my review because this company read my response and reached out to me to send me new poles and offer a partial refund. I was completely blown away by the customer service and offer. I was not expecting it which makes it so much more appreciated. This is the way you value your customers and other company’s should learn from this. I will definitely buy from them again just because they care what you think and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Way to go!! I was hoping this would be easier to set up. It takes almost an hour each time we put it up. And it is not as sturdy as we would have liked. We have had it for only a month and already have had to of the poles snap. We take it down when ever it storms or high winds so it does not get ruined but the poles are not very strong. ... show more

    • easily breaks in bad weather

The main problem is that the fiberglass poles it uses to support it are flimsy and easily break in bad weather (rain and wind). The cage itself was nice when the weather was good, but several of those fiberglass poles broke (and the whole cage collapsed) during a rain storm. If you live in a part of the country that is dry without much rain/wind, it could work for you, otherwise go with something else (I'm now going to try a cage that uses metal poles, should be more sturdy). Also, I first got the 22 foot cage hoping I could have the pitching machine at a distance from the pitching machine hole, but that didn't really work (it was hard to get it to pitch through the hole and you really have to have the pitching machine right at the hole). I then got the 44 foot one, which was better for the pitching machine, but suffered from the weather issues as I described above. ... show more

Product is fine for the price It needs a little more support to stay up Some of the fiberglass rods have splintered and need replacement after 2 months and some of the netting has torn with light use It’s fine for the price but if you are looking for longevity and durability — look elsewhere
