We have been part of the Gabb Family for a few years now, and recently upgraded to Gabb Watch 3s and love them! The set up and switch over were very simple. It has been really fun to see the updated features, and the system itself runs nice and smooth! They are kid and parent user friendly and have proved quite reliable over the last few weeks. The new charging dock is fantastic and my kids are able to send more detailed and clear text messages than before. My children are ages 9 and 6 and we really appreciate them having the opportunity to learn to take care of these tools. They keep them clean and safe and learn the right times when to use them and when to exercise self control (though the focus mode settings do help). They are motivated by the rewards and have been doing great with their tasks, they love tracking their exercises just like mom and dad, and they have been quizzing each other using the calculator like pros! My favorite aspect for them is that they have a connection via text communication with family members that is special and it is teaching them how to navigate relationships. Great grandma loves receiving their funny and kind thoughts! On the parental end, we do like having the ability to keep tabs on our kiddos and their location. Every now and then glitches do occur which is totally normal for a product like these that can be capable of so much, but the support team is always right there ready to help us out.     • $25 hidden fee + flawed product design + unhelpful customer service

Before purchasing the Gabb Watch 3, I did a lot of research and saw many online reviews saying that the product was good, so I decided to give it a try. At the time of purchase, there was no mention of a $25 activation fee which is non-refundable. So if you buy it on Amazon, you can only get a refund for the product's cost, even if you use it for just one day, the $25 activation fee is non-refundable. After using the watch I purchased for two weeks, it stopped charging altogether. The customer service was unwilling to replace it for me, instead, they asked me to spend $15 on their official website to buy a new charging cable. I eventually compromised and bought the charging cable, but in less than two weeks, the watch stopped charging again. Since it had already passed Amazon's refund window, I had no choice but to ask Gabb's customer service for a replacement, but they still asked me to spend another $15 to buy their charging cable. In addition to the charging issue, the watch also has inaccurate positioning, and the battery lasts less than 4 hours. Text didn’t work. Honestly, most of the main features are not working at all. I can't understand how their online reviews praise the product so much. This company should spend more time on the product rather than just advertising. If you are planning to buy their product, be prepared to spend a lot of time and patience dealing with their customer service. Since they didn't address my issue at all, I had to seek help from the BBB. Unsurprisingly, this company had 43 complaints in the last 12 months. I wish I could give this watch 10 stars! I purchased a Gabb watch for my daughter a year ago when she was 9 and it has been a dream! Her old Gabb watch is fine, but we decided to upgrade to the new Gabb watch 3, and I'm so glad I did! The wireless charging is awesome and makes charging it up each day so easy. Plus, I LOVE all the parental controls Gabb offers. I can decide which contacts she has, check where she is on GPS any time, and add (or take away) any pre-written texts I want. She feels so grown up with a watch that she can call on, and I love that we can call or text as much as we want. Overall, LOVE this watch by Gabb. They have done a fantastic job of creating a device that is highly functional for both the kids and adults and gives me such peace of mind when my daughter wears it. If you're on the fence, BUY THE GABB WATCH NOW! You won't regret it, it's an awesome product and perfect for kids who aren't quite ready for a phone yet. 10 star product!! ... show more
