Arrived with a punctured / defective rear tire - doesn’t hold air. It weighs 140 lbs so nearly impossible to lift up to bring to a bike repair store. What a disappointment - can’t even use it until I figure out how to fix it.

The bike came with excitement, like a kid getting a new toy, assembling the bike is what the book pamphlet provided with tools, the battery came separately remind yours to charge it overnight, I did not so lesson learn, soon bike was assembled still waiting for the battery to charge. The ebike dose not hit 45 mile or 50 mile per hour on level 5 had a friend try it said he hit 35mile per hour and the shipping box came withe 3 holes screw where lose in box and look like a kid from middle school made the ebike and cheap materials and metal and take for ever to get somewhere.
