I have a 13 year old RedMax TR2300S line trimmer that would start with the primer bulb but would die right after it started. I figured that the carburetor was bad since I could get it to run for a few seconds if I sprayed some carb cleaner into the air inlet. The local lawn mower shop where I bought the trimmer told me a new replacement Walbro carburetor would be $70. I just put the trimmer aside for the winter. After talking to a friend of mine he told me that he had bought a couple of aftermarket carburetors for his small engines and had very good luck with them. After looking on Amazon I found the Pro Chaser 521600901 Carburetor for RedMax Weed Eater G20LS which is the exactly what was listed on the important engine information label on the side of the trimmer engine. The specifications and descriptions along with the pictures matched my original carburetor exactly. I ordered the carburetor and a brand new one was delivered in perfect condition the very next day. It took 5 minutes to replace the old part with the new one and it started and ran fine. It even started and ran better than it did with the original Walbro carburetor. It was nice that the carburetor came with 2 extra primer bulbs although the original primer lasted 12 years. Time will tell how long they will last but for the cost of this one I don't think that you can go wrong. I highly recommend this carburetor.

My redmax 2350s has been running like crap for years and leaking from the tank grommet. This thing took 5 minutes to install and fired right up with perfect idle. Runs like new! For redmax, just make sure to order a bigger grommet for the tank…the supplied one is too small. I knew this and ordered the grommet with fuel lines and filter. No hassle 100% satisfied. Cheap fix for an otherwise great weedeater.

The fuel lines provided were as pictured in the product description; intake, return, and check valve & vent tube. My RedMax TR2350S does not have the check valve & vent tube, but more importantly, the grommet holding the lines into the fuel tank is larger on my TR2350S than the grommet on the replacement lines. The replacement grommet is too small and just drops into the fuel tank. I attempted to reuse the grommet from my TR2350S and rethread the two replacement lines through the orginal grommet holes. However, the holes through the grommet are slightly too large for the replacement intake and return lines, thus I cannot purge the air from the system; fuel leaks out whenever I push the purge bulb.

This carburetor fixed my Redmax G20LS trimmer which wouldn't start. Only issue was gas tank plug was wrong size so I just reused the original. Definitely worth trying. Easy to install. I also had to clean the spark arrestor which is located on the muffler.

Carb was perfect fit no adjustment needed but fuel line kit doesn’t fit. The grommet is wrong. Oem grommet is wa larger than what’s sent. Not the first time
