I wear these in the pool with a tankini top and they are great. They fit well and are actually just a tad big so be aware of that for more active wear. They dry so quickly and are very comfortable to wear while on the deck when not in the pool. The color is bright and vibrant and the material is very soft and comfortable.

So far, I’ve used these shorts for non-water-related outdoor activities and they have been great. I’m 5’6” and 140 lbs. I contemplated ordering a small because I was concerned the leg opening would be too wide, but I decided on a medium. I’m very happy with how well the shorts fit. While the small would have fit and been fine, the medium gives a little extra breathing room, which is especially welcomed during very hot days. The shorts do not have a drawstring so I was a little concerned that during intense activity the shorts would slip, but they stayed fastened and I did not have to keep adjusting them. The material and stretch allow complete mobility. The inner boxer-brief lining is very comfortable and does not ride up. I never want to get a pair of board shorts or activewear shorts that have anything other than a boxer-brief lining. I’m looking forward to trying these board shorts in water.

I really love the camo design. The pockets are very nice, especially the liner pocket. I will say that the liner does ride up my leg a bit, and I would just prefer it to be tighter to stay in place. But other than that small thing, I absolutely love these shorts! They are great for exercising, running, and swimming. Fits true to size, according to the chart!

Quick dry nylon/spandex is comfortable and moves with you whether playing on the beach, on a boat ride, or swimming, these shorts don’t bunch or twist. UV50 protection fabric. High waisted so can be worn with a swim suit or exercise bra top or tank even in most waterside restaurants.
