Great and would buy again. Son’s friend dropped it, but it wasn’t damaged too badly and I was able to figure it out. Sons has had it for over a year and rides it daily to and from school 1.5 miles. Charge lasts all week, and then some.

so when I got this, it seem like it was a good scooter, but the brakes weren’t adjusted, and we got multiple injuries. You barely touched them, and you will fly over the handle of bars. And handlebars are very cheaply made. Don’t buy

Best electric scooter I’ve had, I’m 5’11 270, it’s sturdy,fast,controls work great, I love the basket I also bought a gcycle bag 5/5 it’s water proof and great quality fits the bike well. This is actually a very good scooter with a few plastic parts that might end up breaking that are easily replaceable, except for the fact that this company has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s impossible to get replacement parts or even get information about other parts, you might reliably substitute, so as much as I like this scooter, I really recommend buying from a different company. That’s not as hard as it sounds as many of these scooters are absolutely identical and just branded from other companies and the price differences can be quite extreme too for the exact same scooter with a different sticker on it , so I Gotrax track has one just like this one just keep searching and you’ll find a different company that has better customer service . Very because anything like this needs maintenance and if you can’t get replacement parts, it renters what should’ve been a good item pretty worthless ... show more
