As a first time treadmill owner and beginner user. This product is easy to set up. Storage/ folding up super easy. Did have a few issues but their customer service was amazing. Responded fast and did everything to resolve the problem asap. Would highly recommend.

This has been great for walking while working. Definitely cheaper than buying a separate desk. The desk is a great height for me but I am 5’ so it might be low for taller people. I don’t have any real complaints about this desk though!

    • Great for beginners
It’s regularly over 100 degrees F in the summer in my city, so I wanted an option to power walk/run from the comfort of my own house. This was the right price point for me. Arrived on time and was easy to assemble by myself (to be honest, breaking down the box to fit in my recycling bin was more difficult than assembling the treadmill). I’ve used it for 3 days in a row for about 40 minutes each and it’s great for my purposes. I powerwalk most of the time and jog for about 10 minutes and it holds up well. My one complaint is that I wish it was a little longer—I’m 5’6” and with my natural stride I can feel my foot nearing the back of the treadmill or hitting the front part.     • Didn’t even work for one second!

The media could not be loaded. Upon assembly and startup of this treadmill, the error code “Err” was displayed, which, per the included instruction manual means that the safety key is not attached. Thinking this would be a simple fix - remove and reattach the key or power it off and back on - was met with an hour long ordeal of different attempts to get the error code to clear. As evidenced in the video review, the safety key is attached but the machine is not registering it as attached. This isn’t my first rodeo, er, treadmill, so I attempted to use a different magnet in its place in a last ditch attempt to see if we could get it to work. No such luck. After going through several customer service representatives, there was no solution and return or replacement options were suggested. It’s highly disappointing that this wouldn’t even work from the very beginning due to the safety key (and the alternate magnet “solution”) not registering. Now we’re burdened with return of a treadmill that was fully assembled but never even used because it wouldn’t work. Maybe this one is just a bunk machine, but I would not recommend the risk of the hassle we have had to endure through this process. ... show more

    • Great for limited spaces
During this period of Covid-19 and with our public gyms and fitness centers closed, it is difficult exercising as before. I tried walking but I felt I needed a more rigorous program. With limited space at home, exercise equipment is not practical. However, I found this particular treadmill, a smaller version of the traditional treadmill and it fits perfectly in an empty space in my bedroom. It really requires no installation outside of tightening some bolts and its ready to go. I had visions of storing it under the bed when not in use but this did not work because when folded it doesn't fit. Therefore I leave it in the open position and it's ready whenever I am. While it doesn't give you various settings found on the traditional treadmills, you can set the speed as it does register the distance and time which is all I need. It's a great addition and am very pleased with it. During this difficult time, it helps keep an exercise regimen in the comfort of your home and I would recommend it most highly. ... show more

It's a compact powerhouse with all the features of a larger machine. It counts the calories, steps, shows the miles and the timer. I love the tablet/phone pad. Its compact and easily slides under the bed, in the closet or behind the door. All its missing is a cup holder to be an exceptional compact machine. But it's still a 5 for sure ... show more

    • Got the treadmill without the safety key
Haven’t been able to use it do to the fact that they forgot to put the safety key in the box and everyone knows that the machine doesn’t work with out the safety key. I’ve tried to reach out to seller and no one has gotten back to me. Over all the product is good quality sturdy and well put together. My advice is buy a safety key when you order this so you don’t run into the same problem I’m having. ... show more

Packaging was great, easy to move, did have a problem with the power & emailed the company. They got back to me in less than 24 hours with a video on a possible fix. It worked & have had no problems since. The bar is squeaky & slightly wobbly but not scary wobbly when holding on (book or tablet is a little fuzzy), you may want a sound mat for the thudding of the steps (I am on a vinyl/pergola type floor with only concrete under it which may be enhancing the sound). I'm enjoying getting a walk or run in w/o worry about weather/allergies. ... show more
