I needed something to stop my knee from clicking when dolphin kicking in the pool and this was an instant fix. It's so simple, but really keeps the knee together without having to cinch down super tight. Also pleased that it's held up so far in the chlorine. It's pretty comfortable as long as I make sure to firmly pat the velcro down so that tabs don't stick out - the velcro sticks well. If the second knee starts to give out, I will purchase a second one!

So far so good. I have no experience with braces, my leg healed before I got it but will come in handy just in case. I'm 5'3 150-160lbs w/thunder thighs & got he small fits perfect & lightweight. It works & is adjustable, walk with it well. For more serious injuries probably get a bigger usual standard size.

This device works well, it holds the tibial component, which is loose, in place. The pads do a very good job. My only reservation was that the straps must fit through the pre-cut holes. The previous one I had had a simpler mechanism with one hole. but this one does work well.
