I purchased the 3 pound weights and they have been perfect for toning my arms. I’ve only been using them since March 11th. 6 days a week I lift them to tone my arms. (Important to take one day off per week to let your arms rest from lifting, no matter the amount of weight you are lifting). And it usually takes up to four weeks or longer to start seeing results in toning the arms. When lifting weights, one needs to be patient to see the results.
