    • Convection does not come up to the set temperature.
Shippment was great, unit arrived early in great condition. replaced an Insignia convection microwave, that failed, perfect fit. The microwave functions as expected, the convection part does not get anywhere near the set temp. It only gets to about 250 when set for 400

Great product so far. Only had it installed for a few days and we put it in our even so hopefully it will last. Looks great was delivered very fast and in great shape. No issues at all so far

    • High price for basic bare quality
Door has an issue with closing and opening. Makes an awful sound when opening door and closing it. Besides that the screws were mostly all loose…had to go threw the whole unit to make sure they were all snugged…it works but it took a lot to fix the creeks and rattles due to everything being loose. Looks nice though once installed. ... show more

Item is great everything fits exactly as the other one did it's just a direct replacement with the one that died. Installation was a breeze good instructions good pictures. It's exactly like the one I pulled out except for this one has LED lights instead of conventional incandescent. Could not have asked for faster shipping it was great this particular shipper came with the convection microwave shrink wrapped onto a full size pallet which completely protected the box and its contents his little heavy but since I had prime there was no extra charge for shipping so I'm thoroughly enjoying my purchase ... show more

Nice features but internal parts are unavailable if needed to repair. Parts list for basics like racks and turn table plate available. Forget about internal schematics and parts listing.
