I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went together, and the care with which it was prepared for shipping; corner protectors on the large shelf to protect them from damage, an extra of each size screw, bagged by size and then in a larger sealed bag to keep them all together; each piece wrapped, and shaped foam to keep pieces securely in place. The finished unit is stable and a great use of space. The hamper drawer slides in and out easily, but also remains in place when it should. The hooks can easily be placed on either side and are quite handy, able to hold anything you’d want to hang there. Easy assembly, feels sturdy. Super happy it comes with wall mount tools because the spot we have for it is a little small, I don’t want people to run into it and knock it over. I wish the baskets had some sort of handles and stopper so it doesn’t just slide out. But I’m sure I can figure something out. Also one of the hooks, when I screwed them in, the holes chipped and now I can’t put that hook there because the screws aren’t long enough. Nothing a different size screw can’t fix but it’s a little annoying. But I think this was great for the price. ... show more

Easy to put together. I did misinterpret the image on step 4 and slid the board into the slot instead of placing it above. However, I flipped through the instructions and realized my error when I looked at step 8 and saw that is where the laundry bag slides in. The media could not be loaded. This is super easy to put together, foolproof. My 3-year-old helped me put it together. If she can, you can. Unfortunately with our shelving unit, every single shelf had some type of corner damage right out of the box. Honestly, I personally do not think it is worth $100 even without the damage. I bought the item new, not used or a returned item. I do not plan to return the item, if I were to ever purchase something like this again in the future I would not spend more than $40. The laundry baskets at the bottom are held on by only Velcro. Maybe a future model can incorporate handles and screws to keep the fabric in place. I'm pulling on the basket a little bit makes the velcro start to pop. Having four extra shelves in our bathroom is nice. We are definitely looking forward to having the extra shelving unit. I was most excited about having the laundry baskets out of the bathroom and having these built-in hampers. However, I do not think that they are going to withhold the weight of our clothes. -will update on how they hold the weight of clothes. ... show more
