I figured this chair would pay for itself and I was right. I have spent a lot of money on massages for myself and my family. What is not to love about it!!! I am still learning all the different settings. My favorite are the leg, foot massage and heat and the air bags add a nice sensation. The second are the rollers for the neck area that touches those stress knots. You will have to play with it and see what works for you. When I first got the chair I over did the roller massage on my back and did it everyday and was sore, but I do get sore when I get a deep tissue massage as well. For me, I can do a foot leg massage daily with heat and it feels invigorating with this chair. I go on my body vibration machine for 40 minutes then the massage chair and it feels like I have gone full circle in self-care and healing. There rollers are very powerful and I use those when needed, however there are sleep settings that are gentle. The music pipes in on the side speaker and you can just chill out and not want to move. I put a blanket over the entire chair one night and my Pug jumped up and got so relaxed she did not want to move out of my way, so we massaged together. After days for search the good massage chair, i bought this one. Im so glad with my purchase. It is perfect size for me and my husband. Im using it every night before i go to bed. My husband use it and fall to sleep all the time. So relaxing. I love the zero gravity function. I love that i can controlling the level of pressure intensity and speed. It have heating function too. Really easy to install and use. Give me the good massage from head to toes and also my arms. Good chair……but
I’m 5’10” and can’t rest my head on the back of the chair without my head leaning back in an uncomfortable position. My wife whose 5’4” the neck massage part is too high and massages the back of her head. Outside of that the chair is great. I’m looking for a new chair with the back height of 44 to 48 inches. I’ll probably put this chair up n the guest room or sell it. It came in two boxes took about 45 minutes to assemble mainly because I didn’t have all my tools in place I needed, 35-40 minutes well prepare. Best Fathers Day Present Ever!

I've always wanted a massage chair, and this year I decided to "treat myself" for fathers day! I'm left speechless! It's such an amazing chair, made with high end materials. I love the zero gravity feature, as it literally reclines 165 degrees. Making you feel weightless, while taking all the pressure off you off your spine. One of my favorite features are the hip rollers. Now that I work from home, i can definitely feel it at the end of the day from sitting all day. The heating feature, and the rest of the massage points are amazing. I ask myself why I didn't buy it sooner! We also love the adjustability of the foot rest. making it comfortable for various heights of the family. Lastly, the best part is those Bluetooth speakers. I connect them to my phone and I cam either catch up on my streaming catalog.. or simply put on some music and disconnect from the world as my tensions leave my body! For being a larger chair, it was surprisingly very easy to assemble. Me and my wife put it together in an hour or so. It came in two boxes, and packaged very well. Really like this massage chair, I saw a youtube video on it and took the chance and bought it. Great decision and the design is lovely. Not to bulky and easy to assemble. Well put together and strong. Everyone enjoys using it and I'll definitely recommend it for the price 👍🏽.

Chair is very nice it’s just that if your small the neck will not work properly and it is also very hard on your spine when the massager hits your spine

Ever since getting this chair, I find myself rushing home from work so I can beat the rest of the family to it. The rolling & kneading simultaneously on different areas is perfect for end of day relaxation. It genuinely feels like you have 4 people massaging you at the same time. Might as well keep a towel handy for that moment to catch the drool. As somebody who works with my hands a lot and am on my feet for extended hours daily, this chair works wonders for me because the arm section applies pressure, and the foot area has rollers that both move very fluidly so I can really relax and clear my mind. Some options on control panel can be strong enough to actually works out knots so it is great if you like lots of pressure. My personal favorite is Tuina (more of a relaxation mode, and softer massage). *Easy to use control panel *Simultaneously massages different areas *Can change intensity to fit your needs *Zero gravity/tilt has different angles *Foot rest is extendable to make it suitable for different heights *Air bags to apply pressure on areas rollers can't reach (shoulders (bicep)/hips/hands) *Heat option warms up fast & is great for sore muscles **Super easy to assemble, had it up and running within 35 mins ... show more

There's so much wrong with this unit. I wouldn't say it even qualifies as Entry Level. First and foremost, it's not a chair... it's a massage chair, and when it's not running it's uncomfortable! It's not really a recliner. It only tilts while running, and it doesn't recline so much as tip: the whole seating area pivots as one piece. Legs, back, and buns all stay at the same angle relative to each other. It's akin to leaning back in a standard four-legged chair. Massagers are off during tilting, and certain modes will override your tilt setting, so you need to set speed before angle. Also, the timer is counting down during tilting, affecting actual massage duration. Basically, you can't kick back and watch TV (either upright and uncomfortable mode or short-duration massage mode). So, what's with the control stalk? It's more in the way than anything. It's even in the way of a chair cover, should you get a generic cover for this dust catcher! The (extremely-limited) control pad is set far away on a wobbly stem, and your phone is even wobblier at the end. It blocks view of a TV, is too wobbly for text, and even if it's not too far away for watching a video, you only get a few minutes of chair time anyway! I suppose you could listen to music. The speakers work even when the unit isn't running (as long as the main power switch at the base of the chair is On). Unfortunately, they face OUTWARD. Sure, speakers technically make sound front and back, but the speakers are mounted in wood panels with no back opening so it sounds muddy inside the chair. Since the system is Bluetooth, it's really easy to pair... and hijack! Your friends, neighbors, or family members could easily capture the speaker just like any other Bluetooth speaker with no PIN. As for style, this looks like a hybrid of a cheap gaming chair and the cheapest possible entry level recliner. The golden swoosh does little to mask the nothing-says-cheap-like-a-sheet-of-plywood sides. It only runs for 15 minutes (unless you add time), so you'll spend a lot more time out of the chair than in it. Even if you like the aesthetic, it's still uncomfortable as just a chair. Let's get to the massage. It's not particularly loud compared to other massage chairs. It has Foot rollers, which have some control. It has a particularly intrusive seat massager. And for your shoulders: nothing. Look at the stock photos! There's a big gap for your shoulder blades (assuming you're the 5'7" male this is designed for). There's a set of rollers at the top, but, even without the headrest pillow running block, they just tease the sides of your neck and top of your shoulders. You can flap up the head pad and see the thin fabric, but there's still very little massage getting through. You'll feel a brief roll up or down then nothing at the roller spends half of it's cycle massaging the air. I suppose you could sit up high in the chair to get those forward-shifted rollers into your muscles, but otherwise there is effectively ZERO relief for neck and shoulders. Women, tending to have shorter builds and shorter torsos than men, would probably have a tougher time in this chair with the rollers at their heads instead of shoulders. Speaking of different body builds, the foot platform stretches to accommodate longer legs. Unfortunately, the seat length and leg angle are fixed, so longer upper legs are not going to fit and cause you to miss out on the airbag massage. Okay, It's not really a massage so much as balloons periodically grabbing you. Fortunately, the upper airbag system everyone complains about in reviews is broken on mine. I contacted support, naturally stating that everything was indeed assembled correctly, only to have them reply directly from the FAQ that I probably pinched an air hose (which would actually be four separate air hoses on four separate panels). I took off the two top panels (held by gravity instead of bolts) and took pictures showing the hoses were not kinked (and still not working), suggesting there was a mainline problem probably in the no-user-serviceable-parts area (the back zipper is secured by a zip-tie to hinder access), and never heard back from them. Mark down Customer Support as nonexistent. The heating is uncomfortably hot. The chair is already stuffy enough without it. I'd be afraid of melting something. Assembly. Ah yes, the Engrish instructions are incomplete. They leave off an entire side. Sure, you can just mirror what you did for the first side, but that's not the point. The control panel is similarly in need of reworking. Ships in two boxes. They're still both quite heavy, and if you need a massage chair, you'll probably need a helper. One of the boxes is lined with wood to keep the metal hinge bar from poking through. It's basically balsa wood so it doesn't. It will leave nice wood flecks that get everywhere, so have a vacuum handy. Needless to say, it's nearly impossible to rebox for return, and original packaging is required. tl;dr DO NOT BUY THIS ... show more
