I placed an order late March 8th with the estimate for anywhere between the 12 and the 16th. I received it this morning (March 10th). Faster than expected shipping! They came in a large box nicely packaged with easy visual instructions. The screws were in a pocket on a string attached to the inside of the box. The top/backside of the chairs were stacked neatly on top of the bases. I had to carry it up a couple of flights (walk-up building) by myself and didn’t have an issue (I’m 5’2 for reference), though the box does say they recommend two people bring it in, so don’t take my word. I only did because it was only me, myself, and I available. The chairs/assembly: easy assembly, one person job with the Allen key provided. They are metal all over and very sturdy. The visual instructions included a warning about possibly cutting your feet if sitting with your legs wrapped around the legs. I left the foam over the legs in the meantime (I have small kids) until I can find a better, eye pleasing solution. Other than that, it took less than 30 minutes with fidgeting the placement of the screws to assemble all four chairs by myself. Great quality and very sturdy for a two piece chair. ... show more

Packed well, so assuming these chipped places were there before shipping. Only on two of the four I received. Thankfully, I was planning to spray paint two of the chairs yellow anyway, so I’ll give that a try and see how it turns out. I’m hoping the chipped sections are covered well, and won’t continue to chip any more. Otherwise, these are nice so far. Bought them because they slide up under a small drop leaf table which had belonged to my grandparents. They fit perfectly! ... show more

I’ve had these for maybe two weeks. Only rained a couple times. Description says rust proof. Not true. All four chairs are rusting at the seats and along time. Otherwise fine chairs. Interior of frames are clearly not coated to protect from water.
