I bought 2 of the large size for our 40 & 50lbs bull terriers to lay on outside since we spend so much time out there in the summer months. They love them! Perfect size and keeps them cool on hot days and I'd imagine they will keep them warm on cooler days. They are made of sleeping bag material. I got this for a trip with my service dog. After reading another review i got the small and glad i did. Fit good under a plane seat. For size reference my standard poodle was a little large for it but she didn't care. I gave up putting it back in the carrying case because it took a little too long when i was jumping between flights. I would just stuff it in my backpack. These are excellent for animal shelters. Very easy to wash. They are not thick enough for dogs with orthopedic issues, but nice and fluffy for most.

We got these 2 beds for the dogs when we took them on vacation the first time. We put them in the back seat during the trip and they loved laying on them. When we got to the cabin they knew they were their beds and it made them feel at home. I washed them when we got home and it did take a long time for them to dry. My Dog LOVES this mat! It's pretty easy to clean & I'm going to order another for her crate/bed, b/c I have one of those furry things in there & they collect hair & are hard to clean etc. I'm going to order another of these, b/c she loves it so much. It would be the perfect little bed for camping or going to the beach with your dog or even to the park. I think this will work for me but it is just ok nothing great or special. I do not believe it is worth what i spent on it but hopefully it will withstand a couple years of use.
