Wow, this bed has totally given my husband and I back a full night's sleep. We brought home a new small dog a month ago and to say she's a velcro or shadow dog would be an understatement. She had to sleep touching me at all times, and I'm such a light sleeper, her every move would wake me up. And, if I so much as rolled over in the middle of the night or got up to go to the bathroom, she was up and excited to start the day.... at 3am! The first day we had this bed, she was suspicious, but by the end of the second day, I couldn't get her out of it. Granted, I carried it from room to room and enticed her with treats and rewarded her every time she'd get in it, but it paid off! She now sleeps a full night in this super cozy dog bed (which is between us on our bed, but still) and she doesn't get up until we say it's time for breakfast. The bed itself is great quality, no shedding, pretty color, super soft, and she loves the attached blanket too. Our washer has an agitator but we still put it in it on delicate and it did just fine being washed and then we dried it on medium heat. Fabulous for your Italian greyhound or your dachshund. You know they just love to burrow and get snuggled in! and got pink for my Iggy! It’s washable. I got the pink one for my girl. This would make a fantastic gift for your doggie loving friends. I bet chihuahuas would love this too.

This is one of the nicest dog beds i have ever bought, seems like the bottom could be sturdier with more filling, I expected it to be like a memory foam bottom but it's not. The material inside and out is plush and soft and furry and cozy. I was trying to get my dog to adapt to it as HER bed but she still prefers being cozied up to me while I cling to the side of my bed trying to get some sleep and waking up with sore shoulders and a stiff neck from her hogging the bed. *Only dog lovers will understand this* Anyway she does lay in it during the day by my desk while I am working. When I first took it out and showed it to her she thought it was something to chew but I only had to reprimand her once and she did not try to chew it again. The media could not be loaded. We got this bed a year ago for the Pomeranian but ever since we moved to a new 🏠 house our big dogs kinda took it over n even sharing with each other. So I ordered a 2nd one for my tiny Pomeranian n as you can see they took it over to so we are ordering a 3rd one that’s smaller for her. I’ve had a ton of dog beds over the year n nothing comes close to how much these 3 dogs like these bed!! Update 2yrs later n just ordered another 3 of these bed! My 9 month old chihuahua loves her fur haven donut bed. I don’t have a front loader washer and the cover is not removable on the donut bed so when I have to wash it it takes a lot of extra work to wash and days and days to dry completely. So I purchased the fur haven gel cushion with removable washable cover for a back up bed when the first one is being washed. See both pictures and you can plainly see which bed she prefers. I returned the gel cushion one with removable cover as she would not sleep in it. After washing her donut bed and waiting up to three days to air dry it, she goes crazy snuggling and rolling in and under and on top of the bed. Too bad they don’t make it with a removable cover as I can see why dogs love it. It won’t fit in my top loading agitator washing machine so I have to wash it by hand. Still the donut bed is her preferred place even over my bed next to me. ... show more
