They really outdid themselves with this product, I have to say. I am quite bad at eyeliner, and my eyes are very crooked, so getting a decent cat eye is genuinely one of the most annoying parts of my morning typically. This product has changed that for me. When I initially ordered this, I actually thought it was an eyebrow pencil, due to the slanted tip. I've used a lot of eyebrow products in this shape over the years, but this is my first time using something like this for eyeliner. The shape is perfect for creating the ideal cat eye, and it's very fine as well. I prefer a thick, more dramatic cat eye shape, but the tip is fine enough that you can easily do a skinny and natural cat eye as well if so desired. I also like to smudge it out a bit on my lower lid before it has fully dried down, for a slightly smoky look. I'm quite happy with its performance on the lower lid area, no creasing or raccoon eyes. It goes on incredibly creamy, but quickly dries down totally matte. I've been wearing this eyeliner to work everyday since I got it, and it's easily lasts throughout my entire shift without smearing or running, which is no small task considering my allergies often make my eyes terribly watery. I can't really say whether or not it works for those with oily lids, as my lids tend to be pretty dry, but it does seem fairly resilient. This stuff does not come off until I take off my makeup at the end of the day with cleansing oil and face wash. I also appreciate that this is a true neutral brown, not too warm. I tend to gravitate towards browns these days, as I've realized that black eyeliner can be somewhat harsh with my fair coloring, but a lot of the brown eyeliner products out there tend to run very Auburn and that's not really what I'm going for. This one is simply perfect, has a nice gray, neutral undertone to it that I think would be flattering to a huge variety of skin tones. Eyeliner alone used to take up 5 or 10 minutes of my getting ready in the morning, but with this product, I'm able to get my eyeliner done in less than 2 minutes maximum. I think this is a great product for those of us that tend to struggle with eyeliner, and I would absolutely recommend it to a friend!
