Lustrous suedine fabric on the exterior and gusset provides a stylish, soft look that resists stains and cleans up easily, while soft sherpa sleep surface and hood-lining is super snuggly. Our laminated gel foam top pet bed core features gel-infused memory foam that is pressure-activated to absorb your pet's body heat and disperse it away from their body to provide a cooling effect. Just like traditional memory foam, the gel top foam will conform to your pet's unique shape to provide the best support for joints and to relieve pressure points. We pair the benefits of cooling gel memory foam with a medical-grade polyurethane foam base to maximize its benefits and ensure the best support for your pet. All foam used in the manufacture of this product is made in the USA and has been certified and rigorously tested to ensure it meets standards for content, emissions and durability by CertiPUR-US. Easy to clean. Cover care: Remove from core before washing (see hang tag and/or seam label for care instructions). Foam care: Cooling gel foam is highly absorbent. Spot clean with mild soap or enzyme- based cleaning spray. Rinse but DO NOT SOAK OR SUBMERGE. Press out moisture with a dry towel and air dry. A fan may be used to speed drying. My dog loves this bed and finds it really cozy - but.. like many dogs, he's a scratcher and loves to dig into his beds and blankets when he lays down. This bed just WILL NOT hold up under these circumstances. I'm having to replace it after only a few months because it's completely torn and material from the blanket and foam from the inside are all over the place. This bed is perfect for my pup who likes to sleep under the blankets, however the plastic piece that holds up the cover was dented and will not stay up for her.

My dog loves this bed & so do I. She likes to be under covers when laying down but can't quite figure out how to cover herself. I cover her up. At night sometimes if she gets uncovered as he wakes us up whining because she'd want us to cover her. I saw this bed & though eureka! It has the ½ hoop in the blanket to hold it up a bit so a dog can get under & snuggle. I do believe the hoop is removable. The fabric is soft, like a microfiber. The other brand, Snoozer, has a wooly type fabric in the inside of the "cave". This looks like it will trap pet hair & snag. Other people said it sheds also. Not a issue with this bed. I've never had the other brand but from the reviews and what I saw, I made the right choice! I got this in the 35" inch size. It's the perfect size for my 60lb pitbull. If your dog is more than 65lbs I'd size up though. My dog sleeps curled up most of the time. Her head & legs will hang off if she lays straight out. So if your dog sleeps that way obviously measure their length & get the appropriate size. I've only had this bed 1 day so far so I can't speak to longevity or if the foam part of the bed sinks in. If the zippers go or anything else I will update this review. Right now the foam bed base is very firm. It's also quite thick. I like that in a dog bed. About 4" inches thick for the 35" size bed. I love that it's washable, the cover unzips. The foam has a protective liner in it to safeguard it. This bed even looks comfortable! It took t4he day but my dog has figured out how to cover herself now. I lifted the "hood" up & she went in the figured out how to do it on her own. She was trying to go in while having a foot or something on the hood which makes it hard. Now she gets it & can easily go in & out. The cover hood pocket is quite deep. If she wanted she could be completely covered. No bed it chew proof but the zippers & seams are reinforced & somewhat hidden. I'd definitely this bed ! ... show more

While my daughters dog loved the bed! When she opened the box yesterday it had a big dirt spot on it, pictured above. I sure hope we didn’t get a used and returned dog bed. That wouldn’t be very hygienic and would make me tell others to not buy these products because there is no quality control.

Product's best feature is that it is washable. Additional plus, it's cushy & warm. Chew resistance is average. You must teach your dog not to chew it. The opening loop is floppy- doesn't remain upright. We removed it and the dog learned to burrow into the bed.

We had to take out plastic tube that holds up cover because dog would always try to chew on it. She finally chewed the fabric to get plastic tube out. Works just as good without tube and dog knows to stick her nose under if she wants to get under the cover and lift it up with her head. Loves sleeping under the cover at night, then lays on top during the day... ... show more
