Considering how much my cats like to chew up cardboard, I thought this might be a fun item for them to play in/with. And I was right! I am extremely pleased with this purchase despite having been sent the wrong item originally. (The return was easy and the item I originally ordered was shipped immediately.) Surprisingly sturdy, it's held together with no staples or tape. A great design! There are three scratching boards in it and one on the outside. My cats love it and three of them can play with it at the same time. It even comes with two cardboard toys - which my cats destroyed immediately, but had fun doing it! (Haha) The third toy that was included with the purchase, I removed, as it was connected to a wire spring and I thought could potentially be harmful. All in all, it is, and was, a very good purchase and I will consider buying it again when this one wears out.

My cat had ripped up the sisal rope on her cat tree's scratching post and was getting the fibers from it all over the room. I was going to get some more rope and redo it, when I saw this product. After removing the remnants of the rope and the staples that had held it on the post, I wrapped this sleeve around the post where the rope used to be and made sure it was secured by pressing down on the velcro hooks. Don't worry if what you try to attach it to is thinner than what it looks like the velcro strap is meant for; as long as you press down firmly the velcro hooks will hold onto the sisal fabric just as well as the little strip of velcro on the far end of the sleeve. My cat can attest to how firmly it holds. My cat started scratching at it just like the rope, except she can't tear this thing apart the way she did the rope. Seems much more durable than sisal rope, and without any of the mess. Thanks so much for saving my sanity from cleaning up rope fibers every day. SSS ranking on this for sure.

I will say first that the item (cat house) is exactly as pictured, comes with a small bag of dried catnip (not sure how fresh), and is a fun new structure for my kittens. It's not exactly the most durable as starts coming apart a little with cats who play more aggressively, but it's always an easy fix. Low budget fun time. My only suggestion to people considering this item would be to wear nitrile gloves or whatever they have at home to avoid the one million paper cuts they might get while putting this thing together. Assembly was quick, but it also can be a little fiddly trying to assemble an item made of cardboard, which has no give/doesn't bend, if you're also trying to keep any folding to a minimum. I wound up with several papercuts on my hands and forearms/wrists, which isn't a huge deal but can be annoying. If you're unlike me and can make sure that the pieces don't touch you as much while you work, this might be a great product. I'd rate this 3 stars if I base it on just feelings, but since I should have known what I was working with in the first place, I'm rating this a 4.

This is one toy that my cat has never gotten bored of and forgotten. He doesn't always play with it but i leave it out and he returns to it reliabily. I removed the bell balls and put some rubber bounce balls and rattle balls instead, only since he doesn't like bells. Despite being clawed and and chewed on I still haven't needed to replace it either, surprisingly durable.

Our cat has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), which makes her have a poor sense of balance. But that doesn't mean she doesn't want to play and climb like all kitties do! This tower is perfect because she can climb up high without us worrying she will fall off the tower and hurt herself (she has never tried to go to the tip top platform). Despite our princess wobbling around, this tower is very sturdy. My husband put it together in an hour or so. I was hesitant to buy this because of the price, but my husband convinced me and I am so happy he did. Our neurotypical kitty loves this tower too, and now our wobbly princess has a castle to reign from.

This little house is perfect. It is one of my cats new go-to hang out. Tool-less assembly is great, and it holds two chunky cats easily. The scratchers are great too. The little mouse toy freaks my kids out a little, but I catch them beating it around every once in a while. 10,000 stars - love!!!

I buy things for my cats all the time, and by far this is their favorite item. They’re in an every day for a good part of the day, snoozing, scratching or looking out the sliding glass door. Overall, this is nice for the money. I was replacing a Furhaven 3 story condo that had finally started to deteriorate, but it had gone up to $70 and didn't want to spend that much. Pros and Cons: Pros: it is large. We have 4 cats between 13-16 lbs. They all fit without issue. Two can fit at the same time in the bottom. In the top of our old one they could only fit curled up, they can stretch out in the top of this one. It is sturdy, as much or more than the $70 furhaven one. Cons: I took off one star because of the scratching boards that come with it. Other than the one that fits in the ramp, it came with 3 long rectangle boards. If you put all 3 in the bottom, there is still a space, so it doesn't cover the bottom completely. On the top, one doesn't cover the bottom, but 2 won't fit. In all the other scratching houses I have purchased, all the floors were completely covered with scratching boards. So now I'm going buy extra and cut them to fit so both floors are completely covered.
