Over all a great chair, but the video and description shows that it is reclining and that is false. Also there were missing screws. Luckily, my husband is handy and he had a few extras in the garage.

If you're pretty handy this is an easy setup, but it didn't come with building instructions. We spent a little too long looking at the picture online to figure out what went where. Once it's set up though, it's solid!

    • Easy to Assemble
I love this chair. It actually was pretty was to assemble. The only downside I would say is if it is up high, and your customer has some weight, please let it down before they try to get up because I notice it tilts off too much weight is applied to the edge of the seat. Also: When assembling I thought I was missing some screws but I had to flip over the foot rest and also there are screws that have to be removed from the seat when. I was a little frustrated towards the end because I had to figure this out. Also the screws that come screwed in place (as mentioned above) please double check that you put those back where they are originally when time you screw the parts together. I confused the screws and mixed them up but one set is shorter than the other. You will see the difference. Other than that, great product! ... show more

My husband is a hairstylist and with the salon opening, then closing, then limited, then.... Now hairstylists can work outside. (#StayatHome Covid-19 ) - So.....I wanted to surprise him with a chair as he was using a stool for his men’s cuts. Well - this chair’s price was incredible under $150, the quality is excellent. The Directions are horrendous! I love putting together things from directions, its like a puzzle. So I thought I would do it for him so it would be done in totality. Well, Now that I know how to do it, it really is easy to do in under 20minutes. As it was - it took me over an hour because the directions were not direct. For those looking to buy an Excellent Salon chair and an unbeatable price. Don’t hesitate! This chair arrived quickly! In 2 days and now that it is done - my husband, his clients and I are so pleased with the purchase. we give it an: A+ grade. The instructions: D. So my tricks: don’t worry if you think the instructions show you missing screws. It comes with washers which aren’t in the instruction manual. On the bottom in slight font it states: IMPORTANT: Remove the bolts from the seat cushions and hydraulic piston. So basically - the manual says you need screws which don’t exist (and you don’t need) and there is a picture that says 7 screws which in acuality are the Bolts referred to in the IMPORTANT notice. So before you freak out saying you are missing screws. unbolt the bolts and call them “screws” and you are good to go! lol. Also - make sure the hydraulic piston is facing the right way so that it works. Listen to me and you will save yourself frustration and time. ENJOY!!!!! ... show more

    • NOT STURDY ENOUGH
Purchased it maybe 1-2 years ago for my husband. It looked fine but it’s not sturdy enough. The back of the seat is leaning back like the customer is laying back.

    • Great Quality for the price
The media could not be loaded. I ordered 3 salon chairs from them and 1 is a recliner. Very easy to assemble and shipped faster than expected. But I love the butter leather feel and the deep seating.. very comfortable. They rotate, elevate and come down very smoothly. I love this upgrade to my salon
