If you're comfortable figuring out the installation on your own, I'd rate this a 5. If you're wanting helpful detailed instructions and appropriate accompanying parts, then I'd rate this a 2. We love the sink. It's well constructed and looks great. It was packaged extremely well so that it would not be damaged in shipping. The instructions are a complete failure. The cut-out pattern was not for the sink we purchased and the printed instructions offered no additional information regarding cut-out dimensions. This became quite troublesome when trying to install the anchors as getting just the right fit was difficult. The anchors shipped were poor: 1. They are a poor choice for an RV application for 2 reasons. They probably won't stand up well to the vibration from road bouncing and will need constant reinstalling and tightening. Also, RVs have very tight fits and its impossible to install the anchors behind the sink and on one of the sides. 2. The anchors shipped with the sink were not the same as those shown in the instructions. They required modification to even be able to fit them into the sink attachment slots. Also, the type of engagement between the sink and the anchors requires a certain amount of clearance between the sink slots and the countertop cut-out. Since the cut-out pattern was incorrect I had to make several additional countertop cuts to accomplish a fit. Still the anchors don't "bite" well into the slot. I suspect they'll pop out every now and then due to typical RV road vibration. The seller was very responsive and took steps to address my concerns. I appreciated their rapid response.
