I loved this coat, but BEWARE! because the XX-Large size (the largest size offered for this coat) was more like an American XL, so sadly it didn't fit and I had to return it. The coat was beautiful, of very good quality, and just what I was looking for. Really nice Zipper and snaps; it even had snaps on the pockets. It's very light weight but VERY WARM! This jacket is an amazing jacket EXCEPT for the zipper & that's why the 3 stars; the zipper is extremely hard to zip especially for my 85 year old mom when wearing the coat. I bought this winter jacket for her because it looked warm and I liked that it comes down lower. I read many reviews listing the zipper being hard to zip and it really is. So much so that it would be frustrating for anyone to wear this jacket. Kind of disappointed. We also ordered 1 jacket and thought maybe a flaw so ordered a second jacket and same exact thing. They use very cheap zippers. The thickness is great, its very comfy, cozy and warm. Nice coat for the money. Size is true. The weakest link is the main zipper. It is very hard to get started. Once it gets in place correctly, it works just fine. Mine has one damaged zipper tooth . I fixed it. Otherwise the coat is well made.
