I came on here to give this a bad review. The cost was really high but we figured for the name brand the items would be quality. We were super pleased with the quality each day but 23 days in and we have three exact duplicates (we don't consider the glitter ones to be duplicates. I mean exact copies of three of them). I started to read other reviews to see if other people got duplicates and someone said the exact copy duplicates one of them is glow in the dark. Took the duplicates in a dark room and sure enough three of the ones we thought were exact duplicates were glow in the dark which makes them unique. Much happier with the set knowing this and am writing a review in hopes someone else checks theirs and realizes there are 24 unique ones.

I bought this for my Grandson who loves everything Marvel. He does like the getting a new character every day but Very disappointed that there are multiples of the same character,they aren't even different exactly the same. You advertise 24 unique figures but that's not true if you get 2 and 3 of the same exact character. There are plenty of Marvel characters you could of used or at least changed up the costume. And most of them are Gingerbread men,there are other costumes you could of used. Elf hats, ugly sweaters, reindeer ears, something other than the same thing over and over. My grandson does love it but wish there were more different characters or costumes. They do cost $50 and could of been a little bit larger and all different characters !!!!

I did a Marvel Funko Advent Calendar the year they came out, and the kids and I loved it. Picked this one up this year thinking it would be different figures, but just as much fun. Granted, we are only 13 days in, but I don't consider one Captain American snowman in glitter and one without glitter to be very thrilling. Today, we got our second baby groom with Christmas lights and a star. Exact same figure. Look... If I am paying over $50 for an advent calendar, just have them be different. I don't complain about the pokémon or my little pony ones the kids get when they have "set decorations" or use the same molds with different colors because they look different. But this? This is paying for duplicate items on different days. EDIT: Day 18 and we so far have a Captain Marvel (one with glitter and one without), a Captain American (one with glitter and one without), and two straight up repeat pieces so now I have two identical Thors and two identical Groots. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't Day 18, and there has been no Rocket, no Black Widow, no Hawkeye, no Antman, no Gamora, no Star Lord, etc. (3 Groots with 2 different molds, duplicate Thors, 3 Captain Americas with 2 different molds, duplicate Captain Marvel's, 2 different Hulks, and 2 different Spidermen.) Can we at least get our main movie or comic teams before we start duplicating?

I got this on sale for under $30 (half off the list price), which is less than $1.25 per mini pop. So it's totally worth it even though there are some duplicates. The pop designs are all very cute, as we can expect from Funko. So many gingerbreads - The gingerbread characters are all right, but there were quite a few of them -- 13 I think, out of 24, so more than half. A few would be fine, but at that count I thought that style was overdone. I would've preferred more non-gingerbread Christmas-themed pops. Many repeat characters - There are just 11 unique characters of the 24 pops. There are so many Marvel characters, so getting 3 Thors, 3 baby Groots, 3 Captain Americas (Steve Rogers), 3 Spider-Mans, 2 Thanoses, 2 Captain Marvels, 2 Scarlet Witches, 2 Iron Mans, 2 Hulks... that's a lot of the same characters! (The only unique characters are Black Panther and Rocket.) Instead of the same characters twice (or thrice), I would have loved to see some other characters like Loki, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Bucky, Dr. Strange, Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Falcon or Captain America (Sam Wilson), etc. The duplicates are frustrating. Yes, the duplicates technically have some minor differences so they're not exactly identical; one snowman Captain America has glitter and the other doesn't, for instance. But I'd still call them duplicates. Again, there are so many awesome Marvel characters, I would've liked to see some other ones rather than duplicates. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this. Unfortunately, Funko hasn't figured out all the figure balance issues. The baby Groot in the flower pot can't stay up on its own, for instance, so I'll need to put something underneath it for balance.

This was very cute and my nephew loved it, but there were so many duplicate characters that he started to get a little bummed. He got one character and would then get an identical one with sparkles, or with a very tiny difference. Not even sure there is a difference with the two Ironman figures in there. So many marvel characters, it’s a bit disappointing that they couldn’t have more variety.

The Marvel Universe is FULL of characters, and yet this Advent Calendar had a total of 11 different characters represented over the 24 days. WHAT?!?!? I love Spiderman, but really, 3 different Spiderman figures? 3 Captain America, 3 Thor, 3 Groot. Where's Loki?! Dr. Strange?! Heimdall?! Starlord?! Gamora?! Okay, yes, I could just keep going. I won't. And don't even get me started on the almost exact duplicates! Yes, I know that 1 Groot glows in the dark, but they are the exact same mold. I'm an adult and I'm disappointed; I feel bad for any children who got one of these. I loved the Star Wars Funko Advent Calendar last year; this was just a huge waste of money.
