I absolutely loved this heat press until today when I just went to use it and its not wanting to heat up. I'm so frustrated right now. I paid alot for this press and it has only worked for a short amount of time. . I follow the direction just like it says never to heat with out a mug. It turns on and thats it.. its looks like it want to warm up but just stays a 98 degrees... Help >>>>>I don’t know how to contact customer service. Purchased about a month ago, It works for. The timer no longer works and doesn't go off when the cuos are dome I have to use a separate timer. The chart is also nlt correct. Ohhhh I’m so happy with my press!! I have a mug press that wasn’t big enough for tumblers. BUT I’m so excited I can do two mugs, tumblers and a couple different other sizes of mugs and tumblers. I was able to complete a customer order faster. But with great quality!

This press specifies that it's for sublimating tumblers AND mugs. However, instructions on how to work with mugs are nowhere to be found. I went through the questions that other reviewers had posted, but did find anything useful. I wanted to know at what temperature, and for how long should I put the mugs for. I've doing some testing, but so far, what might work one time, doesn't seem to work when I try doing it again (I've damaged 4 mugs so far) For skinny tumblers, I watched the video, tried doing it like that, but the image did come out great. I figured out how to do it and they look great (I only damaged 2, not so bad) The gloves are TERRIBLE, the dots melt when removing the paper from the mug. The paper, I haven't used it, so I don't know. Overall, I like it but don't love it, would return if I could...

This press releases a strong odor when it is turned on and heating up. Then a very strong chemical smell while pressing. I had to turn the heat, time, and pressure down from what was suggested bc it kept burning my cups. It also melts the shrink wrap things I use around my cups that keep the sub paper secure. If I had to use it daily I would not be able to handle the smells. But once in a while I can handle I guess. Not sure why it smells so bad when heating up.

So while this is big and sturdy, it had a couple of issues. My main issue was the temperature inside was not evenly distributed, causing faded marks on all my test cups. I played with pressure, taping, and time, but half my cup would still come out faded despite the success on other heat presses. So I figured it was faulty and ordered a replacement. Same issue, so I don't know if its just my luck when compared to the other reviews. So I'm returning both. One thing to note is that if you have to tighten/loosen the knobs it can cause blisters on your hands after a few hours, they're hard to turn (I needed heavy pressure) so keep that in mind.

I'm newer to sublimation and was excited to give this a try... but no matter what temp/time or pressure setting I use, I just can't get an even sublimation. Almost always the center of the tumbler turns out clearer than the ends do (I'm not talking about the edges ghosting because I taped wrong, but like the entire image is not sublimating well outside of the center). The image comes out alright I guess, but not as good as when I press a tumbler in my other 15 oz mug press. I was just hoping this machine would do a better job than it does. Oh, and the smell is terrible! I have to press my tumblers outside or the fumes fill the house and give me a headache.
