BE AWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!. THEY WON'T HONOR THEIR FREE RETURN POLICY. They won't cover the return shipping cost, even if the item is damaged. The package arrived damaged, the box was crushed. Paint on both of the anti-gravity cushions (gray round pads at the bottom of the hoverboard) is damaged. The scratch is so deep you can even the plastic. One of the pegs that hold the two pieces of the hoverboard seems to be broken, it looks like it's about break and go through the decal. I just payed around $90 usd for a defective item and now I have to pay to send it back. I'm very disappointed with this seller and with Amazon for allowing this kind of sellers to conduct business in this platform. Update: seller won't provide a paid return label because what you see in the pictures is considered a "SLIGHT MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS". For me looks damaged and/or defective. Please be aware when you by from this seller. i hope you have a better experience. ... show more

It arrived early, which was a nice surprise. It was "as described", despite the damage to the hoverboard I like the hat, it is as advertised and the separate box it came in was fine. It's not entirely screen-accurate, so I'm going to have to make some modifications to it. see shots. The hoverboard has the potential to be cool for a prop, except there was no cushion in the box or around the product, so sadly the box came torn (I wanted to keep it as a shelf prop) and the board came scuffed and broken. I'm going to keep it and super glue it back together. *update: - Customer service was reasonably prompt, with a courtesy reply due to an "overwhelmed inbox" in customer service. - a 20% credit is being applied toward the damage since I plan to keep and try to repair the damaged hoverboard.
