It’s very stretchy and quite flexible. I used to wear a 7mm wetsuit, but this time I ordered a 3mm one, and I went diving in it yesterday and today. It’s grea,it stretches better than I expected, and I had absolutely no problems diving in it. The price is reasonable, too.

If you wear an XL and are of medium build it might fit ok. But if you have and athletic build, that is bigger arms and shoulders, it may be a little too tight. Such was the case with me. And buying a XXL is not really an option as then the rest of the suit is far too loose.
