This is an inexpensive and fun gadget to own. Its design has a kind of alien aesthetic which I imagine will appeal to gamers and sci-fi fans alike. The device has four stick out feet to provide a stable base for your cans. While its main purpose is to rest your headphones on, it also has a couple of extra tricks in the bag. Most notable is the lighting feature. A small switch on the side of the unit allows you to toggle through different lighting color modes. The final position sees the lights cycling, albeit very slowly, through the color range. I can see this fitting perfectly in a game-centric, darkened, computing environment and I’m guessing that’s the mode most users will pick. Adding to the versatility are three USB-A terminals, one USB-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The USB terminals allow power passthrough but it is quite limited and anemic. I measured an average of about 330 mAh at the USB-C terminal and about 290 mAh at the USB-A. It made no difference if I plugged the device into a computer USB, a power strip outlet or my own high capacity charger (no charger is included with the device), the output remained the same. This is enough to charge a pair of headphones overnight or maybe a phone if you don’t need to use it in a hurry. I’d see this capability as a bonus rather than a central reason to buy the stand. In fairness, it does say in the copy that these ports are intended for low powered peripheral devices. The same can be said of the data transfer speed of 480 Mbps. Useful to have but I’m sure that average users will have faster options available. That said, the ports would work OK as hub terminals for wired mice and keyboards etc. For me, I can see its value just as a light-up stand. It would make a great gift. This stand has a minimalistic design to it, with plenty of LED lighting though to make sure you know where it's at. It kept my studio monitor headphones in place and I didn't think they were precariously balanced and going to fall off at any moment. I think gaming headphones would fit on the stand even better. The base has enough weight to it that it could stay in place, but it could be knocked over just like any other stand with an errant arm. Since the body is mostly black, the LED lights seem to be a must if you're looking for your headphones in a darkened room. All in all, not a bad deal for the money. ... show more

I’m really happy with this headphone stand. It’s way more useful than I expected. The RGB lighting looks great on my desk and the 9 different light modes are a fun bonus, but I usually keep it on purple. The real win is the extra ports. Having the USB‑C, multiple USB ports, and the 3.5mm jack all in one spot makes my setup so much easier to manage. It works perfectly with my PC and consoles, and the data transmission is fast and reliable. The stand itself feels sturdy, keeps my headset safe, and adds a nice bit of personality to my gaming space. Wonderful headset stand, adequate controller stand, slow charging base. Both our gaming headsets, as well as both of our Bluetooth portable headsets, easily fit atop this stand. We have the exact same controller as in the listing photos, and it does fit; but we need two hands so that one can move the joystick for clearance while the other slides/shimmies the controller into place. The plastic feels quite sturdy, it easily holds up the combined weight of everything we set on it. The wide base keeps this stable even with its height. The raised base also makes a good spot to tuck away the cords while not in use. Set up was effortless, and it works out of the box with no software programs needed. I wish it had a swappable cable, as the connected USB-A has power limitations on our computers where a USB-C cord would work better. Most USB-A ports on a desktop are 2.5w to 5w, while USB-C ports on a motherboard can range 7.5w to 36w. We keep this plugged into a USB power station in a 30w port, which allows this stand to act as a hub that can easily cover charging the controller batteries, wireless headset, wireless mouse, and powering a USB desk fan too through all the USB ports. ... show more

The RGB lighting color modes are great and cohesive with the rest of my desk set up. It holds my headphones well making it easier for me to charge. I like that it has four charging portals (1 usb-c and 3 usb-a). Everything runs through a single usb cable which makes it feel less cluttered since there's less cables.
