It never really expanded all the way and still seems squished in some spots (mainly the edge of the seat where your legs go). But it seems pretty comfortable, i bought the 11" thick full, but it seems to be larger than my old full futon cause it doesnt seem to fit the frame very well. I was worried the mattress would be too thin - so I ordered the thickest I could. It arrived. Perfect Color and very full indeed. 1 one the stitches was out - so I have to put it upside down - but the mattress is super comfortable and I am happy with it.

The fabric was thin. It has an odd shape from shipping. Part of mattress was folded in before rolling and shrinking for shipping. Has a permanent non rectangular shape and a crease!

The mattress arrived on time and in good condition, rolled up and vacuum sealed in clear plastic. It is a fairly good fit for our futon frame, however in its flattened form it was much longer than the frame. So we let the mattress "breathe" for a few days on our futon frame before using it. However, there are two persistent depressions in the mattress near the hear and the foot, likely due to being compressed since it was longer than the frame in its deflated state. It is comfortable to sit on, somewhat wider than the full size futon frame we have. As a bed it is difficult to sleep on due to the depressions near the head and foot. ... show more

Pros: The mattress is compressed tightly in a rectangular cardboard box that is width of the bed. I would guess that it’s about 12-16 inches deep. Fairly easy to carry it upstairs because of the way it was packed. The smell wore off in 2-3 days. We have not slept so I cannot attest to how comfortable it is to sleep on it. I have sat on on it a few times and I don’t have any complaints. Cons: My biggest issue was how it was delivered. As you can see in the picture, the box was opened (almost destroyed) and it was about to rain that day. I didn’t realize that it was delivered because they left it on the side of the house (out of sight) and did not ring the doorbell or knock. We had two cars parked in the driveway and it was about to rain. I know that they know longer knock when deliveries are made. However, the box was clearly open for all to see and it was about to rain. I would have at least rang the doorbell. Yes , it’s wrapped in plastic but would you want to take a chance with getting a mattress wet. At a minimum, it would have kept someone delivering a second mattress to the same house because someone would have taken a loss due to carelessness (or downright negligence). ... show more

After looking at every furniture store I knew of and having no luck, I finally decided to just buy a futon mattress online and hope for the best. The mattress arrived a lot quicker than it said it would, which is always nice. There was barely any smell when I first unpackaged it, and what little there was went away within a day. One complaint I have is that the mattress was advertised as 7" thick, but it seemed more like 5" in person. I can sort of feel the bars of the futon frame through the mattress when I sit on it, but not enough that it makes it uncomfortable to sit on. Mostly I use it as a couch for my game room and as a guest bed on the rare occasions when I have a friend over from out of town. The mattress suits my needs adequately overall, though if I had the money I would've invested in a thicker one instead. ... show more

We waited several days for our queen mattress to expand completely. It never did. It's about 10" short on the length and not near the 10" thick as stated on the label. In addition, the color was not as pictured. Very disappointing. Now we have to figure out how to return this big item that came compressed in a small box. I would like some help from Amazon, but they are impossible to contact by phone. UPDATE- Seller Loosh Home contacted me. They are refunding my purchased price and do not need for me to return the mattress. Wow. Big relief. Great customer service! ... show more

The mattress came on time, in great condition. No "smell" like some other posters said. Rolled it out and let it "expand" for a day- It is not 11 inches, it measures at 7 inches - and I just measured it after 4 days. It is comfy and I am waiting on my mattress cover and pad and it should be perfect. It is for our guest bedroom and is on a platform bed frame. We actually sleep on a futon mattress on our Cal King bed , so getting one for the guest room was a no brainer. Futon mattress is one third the cost of a traditional mattress, so I highly recommend trying it out ! ... show more
