Instructions were very clear and even gave warnings to specific details so that you don’t make a mistake on the steps that it could easily happen. Absolutely love it!! I ordered this bed for my 9 yr old who was in bad need of some organization and it’s helping tremendously!! Instructions were easy to follow and all tools and parts included!! I was unaware that it comes in 2 separate boxes till the 2nd box came. Boxes are heavy so be careful and get some help carrying!! I’m a single mom of 3 and I was able to put the bed together for the most part myself pretty easily! There were a couple tricky times where I’m glad I had my daughters help holding up an end so I could tighten lol My daughter has barely moved out of her room since it’s been up lol Thank you so much for such a perfect product!!!

Build quality: The build quality was ok, out of 5 starts I'll give it a 3. some holes were not aligned right. and a bolt stripped easy. Sturdiness: overall, the bed is sturdy enough for my 10-year-old. I don't think it's a bed that will last for a long time, but we will see with time Value for money: Idk if I would buy it again, the design is nice I really loved the picture, it caught my eye, not many loft beds like this that give the gamer vibes. for the most part it looks like the picture, the ladder I loved because it looks wider, and I liked that it stood out with the bed but it's not like that at all, just a regular ladder. Ease of assembly: The bolts were not labeled, and the screws were cheap, I had to use my own screws that gave it more sturdiness, and the directions were hard to read, the pictures were confusing as well, I had to take apart and redo a lot. The back piece to the shelving did not fit or align correctly either but I made it work the best I could. It just sucks because I paid a lot for this bed, I expected a well-built, sturdy, nice looking bed with easy to read instructions and bolts and screws that werent cheap. Its still nice just not what I expected.

Warning this comes in two packages! Only took about 2.5 hours to put together with help. Instructions are super easy to understand and follow. If I had to i would buy this again as it was about 1,000 cheaper than the furniture store version for about the same quality and bigger size. Daughter loves it.

The bed went together well and is exactly like pictured. The ladder is exchangeable to either end of the bed to fit the room. It seems to be well designed and built. The price with shipping is a good chunk, but far less than anything else comparable. The kid we got it for loves it. Recommend this bed for any kid's room.

The bed was for my stepson and we were hesitant but went through with purchase and the bed was somewhat of an easy build however the bed is not very sturdy. It is very wobbly and the inner leg of the shef on the desk part is too short so it's just hanging. Curious to see how long this bed will last.

While it took me 5 hours to put together, I admittedly was stoned the entire time. Not that hard, just time consuming. Customer support was great, however, when AI had a problem with one of the parts. They were up front and communicative about getting me a replacement piece. While I don't know the next time I'll be in the market for a new bed, I'd hypothetically check out this company again.
