This bed frame is easy to assemble. The lights are a cool effect and even change colors. I will say a strand of lights did go out after a week, but the rest works great. The height is lower to the ground so perfect for children. You could fir things under the bed, so you could store things under.

I saw this bed frame, and had to have it! The flashy lights and the outlet on the side looked like incredible features for a bed! That's where the excitement ended for me. Assembly: Who the heck designed this? Assembly is about as cumbersome as it gets for a simple bed frame. Most bed frames unfold and clip together. This seemed nothing short of an assembly nightmare for me. This could be so much easier. After that, this frame is shorter than a standard bed frame, so any under bed totes / storage you have, will not fit under your bed anymore. Quality: Once assembled, this frame seems quite sturdy! However, there were a few issues when setting it up. There were screw holes that I had to tap out with a drill tap because the screw on legs would not even start in the frame. Also, the two brackets on the end of the bed, that you would traditionally mount a headboard too, did not attach at all. The screws they sent were way too short and didn't even start screwing into the frame. I had to go buy my own screws to finish assembly. The screws that hold the outlet to the bracket on the side of the bed are the smallest screws I have ever seen in my life. I guarantee those are going to break off just from plugging stuff in at night. these have to be like 1mm screws. Its ridiculous. I really wanted to return this, but it was such a pain to get together, I just left it. ... show more

We got this for our guest room. When we upgraded our bed, we used our Queen bed as the guest bed. We needed a frame for it. There are so many platform beds out there, but we already had a box spring. I did not feel like trying to figure out how to dispose of it. Plus, this is the cheaper route. It is made of metal, and assembled like you would any other bed frame. The plug is a nice touch though. The lights will come in handy if you have to look under the bed. It gave me the idea of finding lights to go under our new bed. ... show more
