This was an impulse purchase because of the low price and high customer ratings. I hadn't researched it other than glancing at the VESA mounting options and weight rating as well. I've purchased other wall mounts from monoprice before and they worked, but this wall mount was extremely easy to install and adjust. I love the fact that the cross arm supports/design allow for simple alignment of where your television will be after installing it. Let me explain. .. with other mounts I've purchased and installed the center of the mount doesn't align with the center of the television making it necessary to measure the difference and compensate by installing the mount higher or lower on the wall. And that measurement varies with different size televisions. Anyway, with this mount I was able to simply center the mount on the wall with exactly where I wanted the center of the television. EASY install! The adjustability of this mount is great. I'm using it with a 65 inch Vizio E65-E3 and couldn't be happier with the results. It's extremely sturdy. Even though I will rarely extend it away from the wall I always buy the full motion wall mounts so that when I need to make cable connections to the back of the television I can simply extend it out do so. Since I didn't do my homework on this mount prior to clicking "buy now" I was surprised to find out it came with an HDMI cable and velcro straps to tidy up the cables behind the television.     • Easy to install and feels sturdy
I currently have an 86" tv mounted to this bracket and it feels solid. Installation was super easy, instructions were very clear and come with a mounting guide and level. I have mounted many tv's to walls in the past and I have no concerns about this huge TV not being secure with this mount.
